There are 2 kitchens and large open living rooms on each floor, plus a huge theater room with surround sound. 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms (including two master suites with attached baths) Large open floor plan for family friendly get-togethers, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Large patio with lighted pergola, hot tub, bbq, firepit, outdoor dining, and no backyard neighbors. Close to several parks, Cherry Peak resort and USU.

We had a large group spending the week in Utah, and this place was perfect for our needs. Great location and lots of room. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a family reunion and had such a great time. The home is beautiful- exactly as pictured. Everything we needed to entertain and accommodate our kids was there as described. Excellent value for the price too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay in Smithfield was fabulous. The home is spacious with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The location is Smithfield is convenient for accessing Utah State campus. We had a great time staying here.

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in town for our daughters wedding and it fit our large family easily and the theater room, games and yard area made for a great place to relax in between all of the chaos! I would highly recommend this home!!

Everything advertised was spot-on! The place was outstanding. I have a large family and everyone was accomadated with no complaints. I've stayed at numerous VRBO places and this one is a keeper to remember. Thank you VRBO and the gracious owners of the property!

The host was very responsive and helpful. My son was getting married at a venue near by and the wedding party needed a place to stay. This home was perfect for our large group plenty of places to sleep and ample bedding. My grand daughter loved the theater room. We had an amazing stay!

Great place for our family to stay!! The theatre room was fun for the kids, greatly appreciated the communication and plenty of blankets, linens, towels, etc. would recommend to others with the note that most of the bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. Only 1 low-to-the-ground bed and a half bath on the main level, which might be a consideration for some groups.

Every part of the house was amazing. The host was awesome. Movie room was very relaxing. Every bed that was slept in was comfortable and everyone had the best sleep of their life. Neighbors are very friendly and kind. The hot tub is super hot and relaxing. Garage space and games the family loved. All around an amazing house. Thanks for everything. We plan to be back soon and will rent again if available

Great place for big families!

We had a fantastic time staying at this house! We have a really big family and we are all able to stay comfortably at the house. It's in a great neighborhood, plenty of great amenities and entertainment, and in an area where there's lots to do winter or summer. We will definitely be looking to stay at this property again.

We came for a wedding in the area. We were able to fit big families with kids. The kids loved the media room, and playing in the back yard. The garden at the house was also great.

Great House for family in for a wedding

House accommodated our family very nicely. Very well equipped and supplied that enabled us to host our family and wedding party for a dinner. Comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property, and the most organized house I have ever had the pleasure of using! Hosts were helpful and prompt, and our family was able to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We utilized each space and had plenty of room for the small ones to nap while the grownups kept playing. This Vrbo was a good location for a home base and allowed us to go have fun adventures in Cache Valley!

Another great reunion!

This was our second year at this property and it was a great experience again. Our family likes to go out and play sports/games and it's located near lots of great little parks and the rec center. They are very well stocked for large groups and sleeping, as well as in the kitchen. Very communicative host, and a great place for a large family.

Best Stay in Utah

We had such a wonderful time at this house! There was lots of room for our group and plenty to do. The movie room was so nice! This place is definitely our favorite place to stay in the future. I am sure it will still be comfortable as our family grows ❤️

The house was the perfect size for large family of 17. There were plenty of spaces for the children to play both inside and outside. Between the upstairs and downstairs kitchens, we had everything we needed to cook meals for all of us to eat together. The fold out tables were super helpful. The ping pong table was a huge hit for the adults in the evenings!
