Quick Vacay/sports tournament

Good central location close to all of the places we wanted to go. Great communication with property owners and easy check in. The bunk beds were perfect for our teens .

Great Location, Easy Check In/Check Out, Safe Neighborhood

We were very satisfied with our stay for a short vacation in the Colorado Springs area. The place was each to get to and very centrally located. The off street parking was perfect. The place was clean and we had everything we needed.

This place felt like the home away from home had all the appliances you need to feel at home well placed within Colorado Springs your a short drive to all the springs have to offer

The property has both pros and cons. It was acceptable while we were there, but I wouldn't choose to stay at this property again unless there were no other options or changes were made. Pros: (1) the kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cookware, and small appliances (though no toaster). It provided flexibility with meal times. (2) It is very close to a major north south road (Powers) making traversing the east side of Colorado Springs easier. This also includes proximity to Target, grocery stores, restaraunts (mostly chains). (3) The price for two separate bedrooms and living areas was reasonable.Cons: (1) the queen matress is in serious need of an upgrade. It sags in the middle resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. (2) One of the couches smells of cat urine. It seems to be one of the cushions, but it is just unpleasant.

We don't allow any pets in our apartments and so have idea what you did or didn't smell. And to give us a bad review because you didn't like the mattress as everyone has different preferences for a mattress is just wrong. NO worries, we just won't host you again at any of our homes. Have a Great Summer!

Safe and Convenient

Getting into the property was very easy, and felt secure. The master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded. It was very uncomfortable. The floors were not well kept, and the owner asked that you not wear shoes in the unit. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit as we were busy helping my parents move but found it to be a safe and convenient property for rest.

Christina This is a brand new mattress, and common sense says you can't have the firmness to every guests liking. To ensure your stay is a 5 Star next time you're at a VRBO Home, we suggest you bring your own Mattress Topper of your desire so that the bed is just right for you. Thanks

Aweful

We reserved about a month ahead of time and were eager to stay close to family we were visiting. We arrived late after driving 5.5 hours and were greeted by 5-6 large spiders - half dollar sized while trying to get ready to sleep. Super difficult after that and having a no shoe policy on brown stained carpet in the bedrooms. The place smelled like mildew and we all woke up stuffy. Beware I would look elsewhere as we didn’t stay more than one night

Devyn Your review is a joke, you tried to get a refund and VRBO told you NO because you said you had Allergies! Yes we have all messages from you & so do VRBO and they have flagged your account, so if you do this again, they can take action against you.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

I would definitely recommend this condo. Accommodations were very clean and just as advertised. The location was extremely convenient for the purpose of our visit.

Lovely Little Cottage

Perfect little Casita. Very close to restaurants and the casino. Quiet, clean, and convenient. Very nice kitchenette and bathroom. Great TV.

Scary

The place was decent. There was alot of ants and we had to keep spraying raid. An ac guy came into our unit which we didn't like because our valuables where in the property. Then the next day, a man just walks in the unit unannounced and the property owner never gave us a heads up. The guy never knocked, he had the code to the door, and I had no clue who he was. It was SUPER SCARY!!! what if I was coming out of the shower, what if my husband and I were getting intimate, or my son was in the living room watching TV while I was in the restroom!?!?!? It was insanely terrifying!!! The neighbor upstairs is SUPER loud!!!!! There's alot of nails in the parking area. There was a random guy walking back and forth in the back parking, and kept looking into the porches. Other than the negatives the property manager was nice when we needed something. Neighborhood is k. I wouldn't stay here again!
