Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. Beautiful location!

We had such an amazing stay! The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful and gracious. Lots of nice amenities included. Everything was well stocked and ready for us. We had a really nice time! Thank you so much!

Great stay

Clean, quaint, comfy couch our whole family could stretch out on. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The whole back of the property is so neat. I was worried when it said basement apartment, but it’s just the bottom of a split level with plenty of light. Steve was friendly and helpful. Will recommend and return!

Mountain beauty

We enjoyed the local deer laying in the back yard..was a quiet and peaceful view..with a wonderful firepit and hotub to enjoy!

Home away from home!

House was everything promised and more! Steve was an amazing host. Loved the hot tub, fire pit and deer that visited every day! House was so clean and comfy! Highly recommend this rental and would come back.

Absolutely beautiful

Steve was the best host, and was communicative and reachable if needed… Everyone loved the cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen (coffee, spices, silverware etc) There’s a grill and fire pit along with the hot tub that was used frequently. I can’t say enough about this place. The location and view was also great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10 out of 10!

Hot tub was great.

Though there is an upstairs tenant, rarely hear them and still feel like there’s plenty of privacy. Good communication with the owner, and the hot tub was amazing.

Excellent VRBO

House was excellent and clean. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub and the deer every morning. Steve(owner) came over when we got settled in and showed us how a few things worked. Such a nice guy. Definitely would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We loved our basement VRBO. We never heard any noise from upstairs. We loved the deer that came to the yard on a daily basis. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Only downside is the kitchen needed more cooking stuff for our liking.

Peaceful retreat in the city!

Great space for a couple sisters to getaway and enjoy Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds, awesome hot tub right outside our door and terrific firepit and patio. Secluded in a beautiful woods-like setting yet easy and close to get to all the sights. Mule deer are like pets and walk right up to you in the hot tub or at the firepit. Steve and Ann are awesome hosts and easily available if needed. They provided recommendations and also have lots of great information available in their guest book and other reading material. A wonderful experience; we would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great place and owners!

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!

Beautiful Christmas 🎄 Vacation!

Steve and Ann were gracious hosts, and their property was just perfect for us - we had everything we needed! Great location central to everywhere we wanted to visit. We're planning on making this an annual trip!

Great views and better hosts, if in the area a fantastic place.

My wife and I were visiting Colorado Springs for a friend's wedding and when we found this place, we found a diamond in the rough, or in our case on a hill. We were doing mostly day trips so the 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a jacuzzi tub was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and there were enough places to go nearby for food. Steven and Ann were fabulous hosts, making sure everything was ready and very responsive with communication, setting expectations along the way. If we are back in the area, we are definitely going back. You will enjoy the stay.

Very nice stay

Just as many of the other reviews stated, Steve is awesome. Super friendly and most willing to help guide in anyway. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend to others who are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. This home is close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, etc. If you stay here we would highly recommend eating at the View House. We had great service and enjoyed a wonderful meal and live music!

Lovely place to stay! Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was exactly what we needed, updated, and very clean. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking out our back door to a view. Our children loved seeing the deer right out our back door. Steve was very helpful and kind.100% recommend!

Great place, quiet neighborhood

We were in town for our son’s wedding. This was a beautiful home and the perfect size. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect Accommodation

This was the cleanest place I have stayed. Everything was perfect. Lots of towels and pillows. The owner was very helpful and explained how everything worked.
