Welcome to your serene getaway in beautiful Black Forest! Nestled on 5 peaceful, tree-lined acres, this private one-bedroom guest "house" offers the perfect balance of comfort and Colorado charm. Just minutes from AF Football games and events at Ford Amphitheater. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably.

Located just next door to the host’s main residence, you’ll enjoy your own separate space and scenic views of towering pines and local wildlife. Whether you're in town for work, visiting family, or just escaping to nature, this inviting retreat has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Light-filled living space with large windows
Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, two burner electric cook top and mini oven, sink, and basic essentials
Comfortable bedroom with queen-sized bed
Couch folds down to sleep two small children or one adult (not suitable for two adults)
Private bathroom with shower/tub
Quiet, secure property with plenty of parking
Minutes from shopping, dining, and hiking trails. Visit local wonders such as Garden of the Gods Park and Pike Peak.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest, with city conveniences just a short drive away.
