Perfect for a family on holiday, weekend getaways, or as a romantic retreat. Use our cottage as a place to recharge or as a home base for exploring local Vineyards, Big Sur, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Monterey or Pebble Beach.

Experienced at staying in vacation rentals both the manager and the owner wish to make this a most enjoyable experience for our guests. We aim to attract the vacation guests that are low impact and leave no footprint. Perfect for both family and couples who enjoy a serene experience in a secluded beautiful environment.

Amazing property with tons of space for my friends and pups to hang out for the week! The rooms were spotless and there was more than enough space for 5 adults and two dogs. We spent most of our time at the pool or in the living room doing crafts. The kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation, so we could cook all of our meals. The only slight setback was the windy road on the drive in. We opted to stay on property the whole time to avoid motion sickness!

What an amazing place! We had a great weekend stay with our 2 small pups. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was warm. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner. Thank you!!

The property is beautiful and there is a small fenced in area around the pool which is nice to have if you have small children or pets. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The kids loved the pool. As others have said it is long drive to get to but we got used to it and it was not a problem. The host was very helpful in addressing any concerns I had. I would recommend this place as a wonderful retreat.

If you are looking to disconnect, escape into nature, and just be with the ones you love, this is the absolute perfect place to book. The property is beautiful and surrounded by stunning trees. Between the pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, and cornhole, there was never a shortage of things to do outside. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsiveness when we had questions or issues. It being a pet-friendly property was also a plus. It was the best escape for our family, and we built so many wonderful memories here.

Our grandkids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, while the adults enjoyed all of the decks for relaxation. Looking over the backside of the valley was wonderful, and our dogs enjoyed the freedom of all the land!!

Amazing property!

Had the most amazing weekend stay at this gorgeous property! From the valley views to the cozy hot tub there was never a dull moment! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway

The outdoor space of this property is incredible - we loved our stay there. It was such a beautiful spot to retreat and relax. We very much hope to return!

Beautiful location! Was our second time staying here. Has great fenced yard for my two dogs. They loved exploring the yard looking for squirrels. We saw a lot of wild life from the yard/ house (deer, turkeys, fox and bobcat). They also have corn hole and bocce in the yard. Highly recommend booking this house.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! The views from the deck are so stunning, and the house itself is lovely. There were SO many beautiful views and a ton of wildlife. Highly recommend bringing binoculars!We had a group of six and all slept comfortably with one of us using the pull out couch, which is in a small but private and cozy room next to the kitchen. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. I will say, the layout of the house is slightly awkward particularly due to the one bedroom with the angled ceiling and the tight layout of the downstairs bathroom, but it was manageable. My only other note is that we were disappointed that the pool was VERY cold. We made use of the hot tub, which was fantastic, but would have liked to use the pool more as well. There is such a stunning view on that level of the deck.Overall, highly recommend and hope to return in the future!!

We are so glad you enjoyed our peaceful private retreat. Surprised you mentioned the pool wasn't heated. We just installed a solar pool heater this January. Because it is solar heater it would be weather and sun dependent. We personally like the pool to be cool enough to be refreshing but not freezing. We have a hot tub for those who prefer warm water. I will have our pool guy check the new system to make sure it is working optimally.

Secluded getaway

If you want peace and quiet away from it all, this is it! The house is well equipped with all your basic needs. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful!

This property is so relaxing Loved our stay there. Yes the road to get there is windy but not too bad at all, we went into town almost daily. Very pet friendly too! We would return in a minute Thanks Steven for being so helpful!

Stunning views

Stayed here with friends for a long relaxing weekend. The property has beautiful views which can’t be beat, and enough comfortable space to keep you happy and entertained. While the road up is long and windy, once you’re there you won’t want to leave, so come prepared. This was our second time staying at this property and I would happily stay here again!

Forget about the slow internet and the spotty cell service. It still allows you enough to stay connected if you must. The TV still streams, and cell service is fine in certain locations. The ground line is always available for those that need it. Carmel Valley Village is 20 minutes away and has world class restaurants, unique boutiques, wine tasing and a local market featuring organic meats and vegetables. The hiking is stupendous and is all at your fingertips and the Monterey Peninsula, Big Sur and Pebble Beach are all perfect for day trips. Carmel-By-The-Sea is loaded with trendy boutiques, fine dining and a dog friendly beach. Stock up before you settle in and never leave the property.
