The house was spacious and comfortable. It had great Internet connectivity and the view was wonderful. I would have my morning tea with a beautiful ocean view.

This place had the most amazing ocean view. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was nice and spacious as well. The hot tub/spa area was very nice and relaxing. I would suggest arriving during the daytime as there are no street lights and we had a hard time finding the place. Thankfully the host answered right away and helped us find our way. We appreciated this very much. During the days it was above 80 degrees the house was very hot.

Thank you for your review. GOS will lead you directly to the house plus there are details sent out. Glad I was able to help you find it. It is very seldom that we have high temperatures on the coast and no one has AC , as listed. There is a big ceiling fan and the bedrooms are cool.

We had a really great time, and the property was beautiful. Karin was so kind and hospitable. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft, with plenty of towels available. Keep in mind that all four beds downstairs share one bathroom. There is a half bathroom upstairs. Bathroom space was a little tricky with four women. It was not disclosed that Karin shares a mother-in-law attached unit to the house where we stayed. But she did give us privacy. She was also there to greet us and show us around and give us a tour when we arrived which was kind, but not necessarily needed, and a little surprising. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, and the hot tub…and would love to stay there again. We were easily able to UBer to town and splitting the cost was almost nothing.

Thank you for staying and for your review. It is clearly stated that there are 1 1/2 baths and a great hot outdoor shower in the hot tub/spa area that many guests use and enjoy. I do live on the property as that is the only legal way for me to operate the short term rental. All guests have plenty of privacy and there are never any complaints in the reviews. We just share the driveway. Rarely am I there to give a tour but most guests appreciate it.

What an amazing place! We especially loved the view from the deck and all the flowers. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is also in the perfect location to visit the Point Lobos Reserve, Big Sur and Carmel/Monterey.

Beautiful property inside and out. The ocean views are a lot nicer than the listing photos suggest. The plants and flowers around the property provide a lot of charm. The house, kitchen, bathrooms, grill, hot tub were all very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for people who like to cook. Highly recommend.

Karin is a fantastic host and the house is pristine. The locos amazing with total peace and privacy plus amazing views. We enjoyed the amenities and lots of room to spread out and relax, inside and out in the decks. Loved the hot tub and outdoor lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend!

Spent a week here with family. Hiking, beach, leisure, many food options, fun shopping, close grocery stores. The home was beautiful and very well equipped. The owner is thoughtful and thorough in every aspect. Everything was smooth and easy.

Karin's gorgeous home was absolutely perfect for my family. I was traveling with my partner and my parents who are in their late 70s/early 80s. The property was perfect for our needs. Completely breathtaking view and so accessible for my parents. We had a ton of space for four adults. The outdoor shower and the hot tub were a dream. That whole area is super private, and such a lovely place to relax. Driving to the property was windy and up a hill, but totally manageable (and completely worth it for the view). The kitchen was more equipped than our own kitchens- anything you could possibly need was there. The beds were also so comfortable- we all had great night sleeps the whole time we were there. The property feels so removed from everything and just surrounded by nature, but you are also 10 minutes from tons of shopping/restaurants/drug stores, anything you could need- not to mention point lobos, which is one of the most beautiful parks I've ever seen. Absolutely book it- Karin is an incredible host. What a delight to get an opportunity to stay with her!

The host couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly want. The view was gorgeous. The hot tub was so peaceful. Make sure to check out all the wonderful flowers in and around the property too! Thank you Karin for a great stay!

Perfect location for us; being up out of the hustle and bustle and surrounded by nature. Everything you could need is provided and Karin is right next door should you need her.
