Wonderful spot that worked well for us as we travelled through Colorado. Host was fantastic and made sure we were comfortable. Clean, everything we needed, and convenient location!

This place is perfect for a small family. My wife, daughter and I stayed here. It was a very pleasant stay. The only issue I had was that there was no air-conditioning. Once night came it cooled off and wasn’t bad. This place would be perfect for a fall-spring trip. It was a great experience, and I am very happy we stayed here. The hosts are very nice and had very good recommendations on places to go.

We absolutely loved this property! It's exactly as described and pictured. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood; we took a walk around and it was just lovely. The location is very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We lacked nothing. Virginia was kind and responsive. When we return to Glenwood Springs, we will definitely stay here again!

Virginie was a great host. The place was perfect for my family and 2 small dogs. Great location--minutes away from everything in GWS.

It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed!!! Virginia was great at checking in to make sure all was well. It was great to have fenced in yard for our dogs. It was the perfect size for our small family. Highly recommend.

Great Spot

Loved our stay. Property was located centrally to the Springs and all shopping in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to make from the front door to the hot springs within 10 minutes. Virginia was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Outside seating area was cute and private.

Excellent in all ways

Location, ease of communication, cleanliness, everything you want, it's here! Virginia is very welcoming and accommodating in every way. I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Glenwood Springs!

Nice Unit in Glenwood

This unit was exactly as advertised. Nice cozy condo with a great outdoor fenced space for dogs. Very welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommend!

The kitchen is very minimal. No hot pad, no baking sheet--can't even heat up a frozen pizza

The area inside was very clean, and the patio leading to the living area, as shown in the attached photo, is a pleasant place to sit for morning tea and stay out of the elements. Kitchen pans are old and scratched, but the eating dishes and utensils are nice. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable. There was additional bedding in the closet if needed. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable, with a nice TV. We were there while the cherries were ripe, and we had to sweep out the gate area daily and clean our dogs' paws because, being dogs, they don't care what they step in. The adults had to navigate among dropped cherries. I suggested to the owner that she have two limbs of the tree removed for cleaner access. Overall, I do recommend these accommodations. It is centrally located in Glenwood Springs and we had easy access to our activities.

Thank you Diana for coming. We did get rid off some limbs of the cherry tree at the entrance but this year it has been a cherry year and controlling the elements is difficult. I am so happy also that you appreciated us taking a 3rd doggy

Got the job done

I want to start by saying the host was incredibly responsive and did try to mitigate all of our issues that we ran into but some of the things were out of their control. My biggest complaint with this property was that it didn’t feel prepared for us. We started with 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and 2/3 roll of paper towels for a 3 night holiday week stay. There was significant dog poop left in the yard, food under the couch, and hairballs in the living area. We also experienced 2 power outages. When we contacted the property owner she did bring us more paper goods promptly, and picked up most of the dog waste from the yard. Also, it can be quite noisy being in a unit under the host, so if you are a sound sleeper keep this in mind. I did really like the location of the unit, and the private entrance. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. Overall, it got the job done, and we enjoyed our visit. I just wish there had been a bit more preparation for our visit.

Virginia was an amazing host for me and my family the 4 nights we stayed up in Glenwood Springs! On our 3rd night after getting back from the pools, she even stopped by and spoke w/ our kiddos, then my husband and finally once I was out of the shower I was able to go poke my head over the fence to speak with her as well. She was warm, friendly and more than accomodating for us! The fact we were able to bring our puppy up and be able to leave him alone in the little apartment was SO wonderful for us. We didn't have to pay anyone extra to stay with him at our house, he was at the apartment when got back, safe and sound each time. In addition to all of that, it was SUPER easy to get around town. She's right in her estimates on how close her home is to EVERYTHING. I don't think we spent more than maybe 15 minutes driving to anything we did while there and we were out and about EVERY single day while there. If we go back to Glenwood with the pup, we know we will be staying there again!
