This house is perfect!! The location can’t be beat….we were close to everything! The hosts made us feel very welcome and the house was spotless and had everything we needed!! We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was clean, well furnished, nicely decorated and was walking distance to downtown. We highly recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Glenwood Springs.

We had a great stay! The house was very cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family with three kids. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the hot springs and Adventure Park, which made everything so convenient. I especially loved having our morning coffee out on the front porch. Such a nice place for a family getaway!

Great location just yards from the Colorado. Don’t miss Annie’s bakery at the end of the street. Hiked Hanging Lake (reservations required) for the first time, another don’t miss. This is our fourth trip to Glenwood Springs. We always enjoy our stay. Bears were very active this time due to the drought.

Great property to stay with proximity to downtown, Iron Mountain hot Springs and Hlenwood resort hot Springs. Beautifully kept home. Only recommendations is television directions need to be updated. In checking out we were supposed to take out the trash but the outside trash can was locked so clearer directions needed for exit. No coffee or tea readily provided so bring your own. For the price, this would have been nice.

Pros: Lots of space to spread out but easy to gather. Walkable to attractions, the historic downtown, and hot spring pools. Books, movies, games, and puzzles for entertainment provided. Pool towels and robes provided. Lots of extra blankets. Cons: Listing does not indicate that owners live in the basement but was specifically seeking whole home privacy. One way lock to basement allowing owner into the home as should be however no bedroom locks provided felt awkward. A few light bulbs were out. Fireplace was not working. Heating system was not working either.

Beautiful house, great location, walking distance to large pool and main drag where all the restaurants and shopping is. Very quiet neighborhood with off street parking. We used only the 2 main bedrooms; the 3rd bedroom is a room at back of house with a large futon, not a standard bed--would have been very hot to sleep or hang out in with the upper 90 degree weather we had. during our trip! Overall a very pleasant stay.

This place is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed.the furnishings were beautiful, comfortable and immaculate! We loved the antiques and Victorian style. Even the yard was top notch. Plus it’s a 2 minute walk to the Springs!

Glenwood Sprgs is a great area to live in and visit. Staying at this VRBO makes the visit more enjoyable and relaxing. Great house, excellent location, and very nice hosts. Always would come back here.

This lovely home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The sheets and towels were so soft, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was bright and spacious, and the shower was amazing. The backyard was beautiful, private, and a great spot to relax. It is within easy walking distance of the hot springs pool and downtown. It takes just minutes to cross the bridge over to dining and shops. The gondola and adventure park are also a very short distance. Overall, this was the ideal property for a stay in Glenwood Springs. We would love to stay here again.

Great place & location - esp for willing walkers! Short stroll over the pedestrian bridge to all the downtown activities but location in super quiet neighborhood for restful recharging for tomorrows adventures. Host very nice & responsive.

The property was lovely; the house was so comfortable and well-maintained. All our needs were planned and provided before we arrived. I highly recommend this listing. The location was perfect also. We hope yo return again.
