At 5,700 square feet, this beautiful property boasts 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 custom bathrooms, plus two half bathrooms. This home offers great Mountain View’s of Deer Valley and Park City ski slopes and can sleep up to 13-15 guests.
Living Room: Comfortable custom furnishings, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, Smart TV, and a private deck with incredible Mountain views and barbecue.
Kitchen: Master Chef’s display kitchen with Viking appliances, granite counters, and hardwood flooring throughout. The dining space boasts a custom table, a chandelier, and additional barstool seating.

Great home!
The home is as described. Beds are comfy, house was very clean, kitchen had plenty of utensils/pots/pans for cooking. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Great Townhouse
This very roomy townhome is super comfortable. We couldn’t hear the people in the connecting unit at all.
Majority of the view is of other condos/townhomes and an old mine.
Communication with the owner was fantastic. A couple of VERY minor issues which got addressed speedily the next day.
The location is very convenient, and not far from a lot of amenities.

The house was great for a large family. It was clean and well stocked with towels and necessary items. The kitchen was well appointed which made preparing meals easy. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was a place for all age groups to hangout. We loved that sound didn't travel throughout the whole house.The hot tub was lovely after a long day of skiing. It did stop working, but was fixed in a timely fashion. The one big negative was the water pressure in the showers and tubs. The shower on the 3rd floor had such low pressure, it was unusable. The jetted tub in the big master also had very low pressure and took so long to fill, that I decided not to continue with it. The tub was a bummer, but to be down a shower is a real inconvenience. If the problem is not fixable, it needs to be advertised as 3 baths, 3 power rooms! I hope these problems can be fixed because it's a very nice place to stay.

Sorry for your inconvenience with the plumbing. We immediately called but were unable go get a plumber over the new years weekend as they responded to “emergencies only”. The issue was addressed 1/2/24.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay. Location is very good - just a few minutes outside of downtown Park City, close enough but away from the crowds. Quiet neighborhood with privacy. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. High end finishes and appliances. Kitchen is well-equipped. Hot tub was great.
