After parking in the driveway, guests will be greeted with a bright front porch area. From here you will enter the home and instantly feel welcomed by the natural lighting and light colors.

Living Room-
The living room has a sofa and two chairs for you and your guests to relax in. There is a SmartTV available for you to watch your favorite shows or movies on. The windows have extra seating available for everyone to have room to be together. The sofa pulls out into a bed to sleep two more guests.

Dining Room-
The dining room is located between the living room and kitchen. There is a table with seating for 4 where you can enjoy a nice home cooked meal or food from a local restaurant. There is a beautiful hutch for you to use while you are here.

Kitchen-
The kitchen is modern and up to date with stainless steel appliances and white cabinets. There is plenty of room in here for you to whip up a nice meal. It is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for cooking, as well as with coffee for you to get your day started.

Bedroom 1-
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed. This bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets allowing you to get a good nights sleep in. There is a dresser for you to unpack and make yourself at home. This room has private access to the bathroom, making it feel like a private suite.

Bedrooms 2 & 3-
Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and bedroom 3 has a full size bed. These beds are made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights sleep in, as well. There is a dresser in each for them to unpack and put away all of their personal belongings.

Bathroom 1-
Bathroom 1 is located in the hallway right off of bedroom 1. There is a single vanity sink available for you to put all of your bathroom essentials away. The shower is a shower/tub combo for you to be able to take a shower or a bath in.

Bathroom 2-
Bathroom 2 is another full sized bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity for your guests to put away all of their bathroom essentials. This shower is a stand-up shower only.

Laundry Room-
The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer available for you to get all of your laundry done before heading home. There is an ironing board and iron available for you if needed.

Backyard-
The backyard is big and spacious. There is grass and it is partially fenced in for you to make lots on memories outside and enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
