House was in a great location and perfect for our family. Walkable to many places in the Vista and bed were very comfortable.

Loved the layout and the location. Only thing is needed more towels and wash clothes we had to wash them everyday so we could take a shower. Upside the did leave you 2 pods for the laundry machine.

Wonderful accommodations, just close enough to Fort Jackson and the Columbia Metropolitan Airport! Lots of restaurants either in very short driving or walking distance. TVs were for streaming and easy set up.

Very cute place in centralized location. Had a small issue during our stay and the team was very responsive. I’ve rented other locations from this team and so far all have been excellent stays with only one minor glitch. Highly recommended from my perspective!

Nice place in town. It can be a little loud if the church next door has a revival until 11 PM. Great atmosphere though. 2 king beds, 1 queen. Big rooms. TVs everywhere. Big kitchen and dining areas and laundry (W/D) on site.

This was a great space for our family with teens to spread out. The mattress in the master was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was close to the vista. We also walked to the colonial center to watch a USC basketball game. If one of our teens ends up at USC we will definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this home while visiting Columbia! Very clean, lots of room and my kids loved having their own space upstairs complete with a full bath and sitting room. Close to shopping and restaurants. The host was very responsive whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was very good

Tv could not get to pick up for meeting also lighting in meeting area also lightning out side,also had issues with random people knocking on door asking for hand outs also never had to pay for early check in and late check out but all in all great stay thanks

Great house!

The house was very beautiful and spacious! We lived in Columbia for most of my adult life and was familiar with the neighborhood. I didn't think of it as a residential area but the city has changed! The house is close to the Vista, the State museum EdVenture and so many other landmarks. We enjoyed being back!

It is located in a very busy one way street, so traffic noise is always present. The noise machines are a welcome addition! Beds are extremely comfortable and everything seemed clean. The kitchen could use a toaster and some updated pots and pans. I would suggest a couple of boxes of kleenex for guest use. There are plenty of closets and tvs which is nice. If you need work space, there are 2 dining tables and an upstairs desk.

First time in Columbia

The house was very clean, spacious, and well-thought out in terms of lighting, comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen appliances and cookware. Wendy was super accessible and friendly. The one downside was traffic noise/busy streets surrounding the place which made it a bit tricky to walk places.
