Watch the sunset from the heated pool or hot tub overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
-The studio has everything you may need for a amazing vacation, king bed, sofa bed and a bathroom. Heated pool& hot tub, gym, and restaurants.
* Easy and Convenient Beach Access, 2 minutes to walk to beach.
*Balcony with bay view
*King bed, and Queen sleeper sofa(brand new 2022)
*TV, with cable and Roku
* Kitchenette includes a cooking pots, a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pan
* Free parking for 2 vehicles, you will find inside condo.( Parking garage and overflow parking)
*Gulf View heated Pool and jacuzzi hot tub.

-You must wear your wristbands all the time.
-Only 4 people per unit per HOA
- The wristbands can not be removed once tightened.
-You will forfeit your damage deposit or will be evicted for breaking any rules.
- We provide detergent, paper towels, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap for bathroom, 2 toilet paper rolls for bathroom. Our condo is not HOTEL.
