The condo has been remodeled with NEW HIGH QUALITY KITCHEN & BATHROOM with custom cabinets, exotic granite counter tops and ALL stainless steel appliances.

You will enjoy upscale living in this beautiful condominium featuring wall to wall ocean views from every room. Relax in this beautiful furnished and nicely decorated condo or taking in the spectacular views from the 30 foot curved balcony, while enjoying your favorite beverage.

The living room also has a LCD TV & DVD PLAYER as well as a queen-size sleeper, with all glass sliding doors, with access to the balcony.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, direct access to balcony. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and an oversized garden tub with shower, plus washing machine & dryer!

Our high quality condo sleeps four comfortably.

Room for 2

A quaint condo , great view 4 th floor convienient access to beach or pool . Chairs and umbrella taken up at 4:10- 4:30 everyday. I would suggest a new kitchen faucet, a new couch that doesn’t collapse to the middle ( it is not comfortable). Property mgr does respond quickly and had to have service come in after we left to fix kitchen light.. we would stay here again for the location .

Nice place!

The condo was very nice, good location. We had a couple of minor issues which was quickly taken care of by the property manager. Overall the place was ok.

Vacation

Was disappointed in the condo. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom couldn't open. Wasn't very clean. TV in the bedroom was so loud couldn't watch it. Always had stayed at the Long Beach Condo's and love them.

Great Stay!

Great location! Loved the pool especially since had mostly double flags most of the time. Ease of getting to the 4th floor was very nice along with the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect view, Perfect vacation

This unit was in an excellent location. That includes both the location of the entire resort and the unit within the resort. Walkway to the beach is right by the elevator and a pool and spa at both ends of the building. The beach chair and umbrella service was an added plus and made beach time a breeze. The sunset views from the balcony were excellent. We ate many of our meals on the balcony to enjoy the view and waves without the crowds. Resort is within walking distance to places like Pineapple Willy’s, Walmart, and beach stores. Communication with the manager was easy and very informative. We have added this unit and resort to our must return list.

Anniversary Week

Great views from the amazing balcony from both the living room and bedroom! Loved listening to the waves from waking up in the morning to falling asleep at night. Early morning walks along the shore to late night sunset watching were amazing.

Perfect vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect, clean and well maintained. The balcony is furnished with new furniture and the pool and poolside bar and grill was amazing! The owner was very informative and the check in/check out was was a breeze. I will definitely rent this condo again for future vacations!

Great Place, just needs a spring cleaning

Great location! Great facility, but needs a GOOD spring cleaning. The little rugs in the bathroom were extremely dirty, the floor under the rugs was worse. After spraying the floor with Lysol, we put towels on the floor to walk on. Thick dust on TV stand, dust balls under furniture, popcorn under couch, door into the apartment showed more dirt than the white paint.

The owner was fantastic about providing information! The gated community was private, as promised. We felt safe having our family on site. We will definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed 75 nights. The condo was just as presented on the website. The view was spectacular. Bill Petersen was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends

Cleaning was great

I think it was the only place in Panama City that I haven’t had to go in and clean before we could move in. Was very pleased with this condo. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful

My husband and our 4 year old daughter stayed her for a week in August. Location was perfect, condo was everything we needed. The pool was very kid friendly and the reserved beach chairs was an great extra. Highly recommend and plan to visit again.

Great getaway!

We stayed for 2 months and had a great time! The location where we stayed was breathtaking. Loved that the condo was well equipped with almost everything we needed. Including books and puzzles! Will certainly consider coming back, maybe a different time of year. It was a bit chilly the last month. Plenty to do around town if the weather got bad. Overall it was a great experience!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

We have rented a property before from Mr. Pederson and he is so nice to work and always responds immediately to questions. Our keys and package arrived before we left with no problems or issues with checking in. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great helping us sleep really well at night. There were lots of extra towels and wash cloths . The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils they had even left some dishwashing liquid there , a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper but you do have to get your own personal items as such so we always take extra toilet paper paper towels dish soap etc when we go . Everything was just perfect with no complaints at all . Very convenient on the fourth floor you could take the stairs or the elevator easy access to the beach everything was great.

We will be back!

We loved it at Long Beach Resort! We loved our room! Perfect location of the resort and the room both. Property- steps going out to the beach from Tower 2 needs a small light, it’s hard to tell there’s 3 steps in the dark. (I fell going down them) Room- the bed needs rubber coasters for the legs or an area rug all four legs of bed are on, because it moves too easy on the tile floor. An inside rug in front of both the balcony doors to help with tracking sand in. We loved the restaurants- we would arrive between 5:00 - 5:30 without waiting. Walmart was super close to the resort. We enjoyed the Hang Out by the pool, very convenient for lunches. We had a bit of a rainy week and did not do any excursions, however we did not let the light morning rain keep us off the beach. The beach area of the four Towers were less crowded than the condos next door, which made our beach time more relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!!! There wasn’t anything that would keep us from coming back to the same resort or the same room!!
