Family vacation

My family truly enjoyed our trip to Fort Morgan. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We had absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location!

The condo was exactly what our family needed! The condo was quiet, clean and loaded with extras! Our kids loved the beach toys! We did not want to leave, but we will book this condo again.

Family vacay

We enjoyed our stay at “The Dunes.” Everything was easily accessible and the privacy was nice. The only issue we had was getting into our condo with the code. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Dunes

We had a wonderful time staying at The Dunes. Everything was easy to find and access. The condo was very nice and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Winter getaway

Great codo. Close to the beach. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Took the ferry to dolphin island, walks on the beach at sunset and toured Fort Morgan . Had a great time.

Peaceful Stay

Excellent stay at the condo! Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and ferry to Dauphin Island. Condo was clean and well-maintained with extra amenities available. We visited during spring break and were worried about crowds but it wasn't an issue.

Very cozy and nice condo

This is a very cozy and nice condo that was very reasonably priced during our stay. Everything was comfortable and very clean, and we had no issues whatsoever. If you want to stay in a more secluded area with a less crowded beach and none of the traffic issues, this condo in the Fort Morgan area is a great choice. We hope to be able to stay again.

Beach vacay

Property was as advertised! Wonderful unit for our vacation. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed to get started. Short drive to the beach. Property owner always communicated in a timely manner! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location!

The condo was just right for myself and my nieces for our yearly get away. I always look for a place that has some extras such as umbrella, chairs, toys so I don’t have to take everything on a trip and was one reason I chose this rental. The other was the location. Near the beach but away from a lot of traffic. The pool was great also!

Girls trip

My daughter and I found the Dunes 205 to be perfect for our girls getaway. Jessica was a wonderful host, always just a text away. She was quick to help us with every question and even an unexpected hurdle. We will stay there again.

Beyond relaxing and welcoming!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Dunes condominium! The condo was cozy and had a spectacular view of the gulf (from a distance). This condo was directly above the pool, providing a perfect opportunity to allow the teens to swim while I put the infant down for naps or gave her a break from the sun. I would definitely book this again in the future!

Jessica is a great host. She was very easy to communicate with answered all of my concerns. The condo looks as it is pictured. One of the cleanest safest places I have ever stayed on vacation. The beach is secluded and some of the most beautiful white sand I've ever seen.

Great place! Great owner!

Loved the area off the beaten path. Quiet but an amazing view. Beds were nice, place was clean and stocked for cooking, etc. The owner was awesome to work with and very quick to respond to messages before and during trip. The only thing I would recommend is hanging hooks for towels in bathrooms, and by the front door for beach bags and such. Would recommend this place for sure!

Needs more dining options

Re: location & neighborhood. Some distance from most restaurants and grocery stores was a negative. Neighborhood is quiet if that is what you’re looking for.

A time to rejuvenate..........

Updated, beautiful and clean as shown. Easy access to room from elevator. Great view from balcony! Liked the fact we could drive and park close to beach if we chose not to walk in which we did a couple times. Very peaceful and quiet area!
