The Resort at Gulf Shores Plantation is a family-friendly, gated vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private sugar white beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous property landscaping . The property is located next to nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and includes a wealth of activities and amenities for all ages. It is truly the premier choice for a Gulf Coast get-away.

The Gulf Front, Non-Smoking Condominium is newly renovated (2021), fully appointed, and highly maintained for our vacation guests complete with wall-mounted flat screen TVs, WiFi, and cable. The Master bedroom is warm and intimate with its carefully selected materials, soft colors, and comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all major SS appliances (including a Keurig Coffee Maker). There is a single Child’s Bunk (1) in the hallway with storage above and below for extended stays. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful white tiled walk-in Shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper and a bistro set that seats four (4) with Gulf Front views to add to the spacious feel of the unit.

We’ve personally updated and decorated the condo with your comfort and relaxation in mind striving to capture the true sense of peace and serenity that these beautiful beaches have to offer.

Perfect place to stay!!!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the location of this rental which was several minutes out of 'downtown. The condo was bright and clean. The view from the patio was fabulous (we saw 1 dolphin just after we arrived). Parking was easy. I did not swim, but my husband said the water was very cold. We did not hear any of our neighbors. Communication with the owner was wonderful. She was quick to respond and provided all the information we needed.

Property was nice. It’s small, but nicely updated. Great view. Very clean. It does not have a table. There is a sofa table situated up next to the wall under the television, that has barstools underneath, but not an actual kitchen table. Also, only has a Keurig coffee pot. No regular coffee pot. We had to drive back to town to get Keurig pods. Overall a nice stay.

Condo is exactly as pictured

Great location for anyone who wants a less touristy spot, but within driving distance to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay. The pool and private beach were not overly crowded.

Absolutely beautiful condo with amazing view!

The property is just as advertised, maybe better! I took my boyfriend for a week for his birthday. He had never been to Gulf Shores. I had been several times but had never stayed in Fort Morgan area. The view is great! The bed and pillows were fabulously comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated. The owner is quick to respond and amazing to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay!!!

great location, excellent condo...enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the beach and pool!! The condo is the right size for the 2 of us, very well maintained and everything we needed was there, including beach chairs and umbrella!! Could have used a 2nd mirror and drawers for clothes storage. Great location to the Wharf, OWA, Gulf Shore and Orange Beach restaurants, etc. Really liked Sassy Bass-Marketpace!! Any questions we had, Shonda responded immediately. Overall a great rating, we'd definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!!

Not what was expected

Our stay did not look at all like how the pictures portrayed the unit. It looked a lot larger than it actually was. Check in was not easy as we had a very difficult time finding the unit. Then the bunk beds didn't even have a way to get up to the top bunk. When we had a rain day we tried to use the on-site pool but it was under construction. When we asked the host they informed us that they were still renovating the pool area but we couldn't use the private pool that was next door. There was no accommodation available nor was it stated that the pool was closed prior to booking the unit. There were stains on the couch and chair but the seats had been flipped over. The host then said cleaning had to be done due to "large stains on the seats of the couch and chair" which is false, they did not come from us. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water from leaking out every single time we showered. We had to keep towels under the toilet and next to the shower so that there wasn't standing water everywhere. We will never be staying here again.

Peaceful and Drama Free

Although my wife and I have stayed in condos along the gulf multiple times, this was our first in Fort Morgan. Loved it! The condo was simple, but nice, with absolutely no negative surprises, and the beach was noticeably less crowded than the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Destin areas. Incredibly relaxing, with plenty of space to kind of get away from others when desired. Loved the Ferry Ride to Dauphin Island for a little excursion. Great visit!

Absolute HEAVEN!! This place was clean, quaint, cozy and SO comfortable! The location is wonderful with the beach restaurants and the little coffee shop! The beach is right there and the pools etc... I could go on and on! This place is amazing and I WILL be back❤️

Perfect vacation.

Pros: comfortable bed, lots of pillows, cold AC, ocean view, plenty of towels, Kuerig was great, large TV, patio furniture on balcony, nice appliances. Cons: not a lot of cookware. I had to borrow from another condo. Beach chairs are old/stained so we purchased our own. If you have little one please note the couch and chair are white. Not an issue for us though. None of the cons are deal breakers and I recommend this condo. Owners texted me about the baby turtles hatching on the beach and I got to watch this amazing event.

Renovated Condo With Great View

This updated condo is perfect for a couple getting away. The best part is the direct Gulf view! The condo and surrounding area are as pictured. Boardwalk and two pools are just outside the building. The included beach umbrella and chairs were very helpful. There weren't many kitchen utensils- a spatula would be nice. If you plan on doing much cooking, the provided utensils, bowls, etc. may not be enough. But we ate out most of the time anyway so no problem for us! We would definitely recommend and stay again.
