The location of this beautiful home was perfect for our family. We loved being able to go out the back gate and get right on the trail system, and the view from the back deck is spectacular.

Parking was great! Communication with property manager was difficult, as we had to call several times to get resolution to issues. This location is great if you like to hike, as there are trails right out your back door! Some of the rooms were hot during the night, making sleep more difficult.

The house was well set up and the views were spectacular. The location was also good, on the edge of town next to the wilderness but with grocery stores and shops easily accessible. My family, with included three young children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with plenty of room.

We loved this house and property to stay at. Made a quick trip from Phoenix for a weekend getaway. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool.

Great house in Sedona

We loved this house for our girls weekend. Perfect location. Amazing views from the back balcony. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would highly recommend it and would like to come back!

Perfect spot for exploring Sedona!

This house is amazing! The back patio leads directly to a hiking trail and its a short drive to downtown Sedona. The views out the windows are stunning. Whole house and stay was perfect.

Spectacular location

This property was amazing. The views are spectacular and the access to trails outside the back door was a huge win. No need to fight to get a parking place. Thanks for a great trip.

Beautiful property, beautiful location. Very comfortable beds and linens. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the outdoor areas of the home.

Location was as promised and beds were comfortable, but everything else was terrible. Do not stay at this house. We had a major sewage leak inside and outside the house that is a recurring problem with the property that caused us major stress and we had to vacate the property with almost no help from property manager. Do not rent here!!

Great view and location

House has great views and location. Master suite is awesome, the other rooms are good. We stayed comfortably with 11 people. More than that i think would be too crowded for the size of the home.

We had a great time. The Mountain View was beyond compare- more than a 5! Pool and ping pong were great for kids. Couldn’t find dish towels but we used our own. Check in was a bit challenging. The girl cleaning had her hands full- apparently the previous guests made a huge mess and she was panicked about getting it done in time, and we had to wait to get in until 4:40. She was sweet but had a lot to do. The host was incredible- responsive and helpful. Amazing! We had great weather and we loved the house! Thank you for being so helpful! Overall beyond compare!

Sedona views best location!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay and loved being able to walk out the back door and get right on the trail to Sugarloaf. The beds are all very comfortable and the place was sparkling clean. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking compared to other homes, and there was no sugar for coffee.

House lives bigger than pictures show

Pleasantly surprised at how big the house lived. The master bedroom is a wing in itself - HUGE. Fantastic views from the deck. Loved having extra blankets and pillows in the closets. Would definitely stay here again!
