VILLA is located 50 meters from the Cathedral in Dubrovnik. The layout of the house is usual for the old town and it spreads out as two fully equiped Rooms on the 2nd floor and One bedroom apartment upper 3rd floor. The property was fully renovated in 2020. as energy saving house. Although Dubrovnik can be busy and full of bustle, VILLA feels like a calm oasis into which you can retreat if you need to take a break from exploring. One of the key considerations when furnishing was the beds, which are large and with super comfy mattress and memory foam pillows. After all, a good night sleep means you wake refreshed and ready to enjoy your stay in this amazing city. Over the past few years, we have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful people from all over the world. We love to share our inside views on what to see, where to go and where to eat.

The Villa overlooks the Pustijerna locality, which collapsed and burned down after the 1667 earthquake and was never built again. All 13 windows overlook the open space of the City views and the Walls of Dubrovnik. Unlike other houses separated by a street and many bars and restaurants, this is a piece of paradise within the walls.
