Freshly updated and now available for rent, The Maine Attraction offers the ultimate Short Sands Beach vacation experience!

As you arrive at The Atlantic House, you'll immediately feel the essence of a perfect vacation - within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the charming sights of Short Sands Beach. Enjoy watching Salt Water Taffy being pulled at The Goldenrod, entertain the kids at the nearby arcade, and take leisurely strolls along the beach.

This centrally located condo with street views features one queen bedroom, one double twin bedroom (convertible to a king upon request), and two full baths. The unit includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, flat-screen TVs with Spectrum TV, Wi-Fi, and all necessary linens and towels for a comfortable stay. Fully stocked with everything you need, just pack your favorite beach chair and be on your way!

Situated on the 4th floor and accessible by elevator, this unit includes one off-street parking space located across the street behind Molly O's Restaurant, a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch.

For those seeking a cozy spring getaway or a retreat to watch the leaves change, you can light up the gas fireplace in the living room or the twin bedroom for a little ambiance while curling up with your favorite book and a cup of coffee from Wicked Coffee, or enjoy a sip of wine from My Wine-Sister, both located on the first floor of the building!

The Atlantic House also offers boutique shopping, and during the summer months, The Sand Dollar Restaurant on the second story features live music on the open-air deck during the day and a piano bar at night. Please note that music from The Sand Dollar Restaurant rarely reaches the 4th floor.

With such convenient amenities and attractions nearby, you may find that you won't need to use your car for the entirety of your stay, making it a true beach lover's paradise!

Amazing Stay, Great Location, Clean, and Comfortable.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, when we arrived I was very happy with how clean and cute the space was. It was thoughtfully decorated, and well maintained. The location is amazing, we were able to walk just about anywhere in short sands. Despite being above a restaurant, there was very little noise heard in the evening. The AC worked great too, and was very nice in the summer. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Maine is Underrated!

My family and I had an amazing time in York. The location was so great for kids as we could walk to various restaurants, the beach, an arcade, a zoo and a playground!

The Perfect Place

Wonderful stay at The Atlantic House in the heart of York. Our unit was upscale and beautifully furnished. Provided everything we needed. Location made it the perfect place. No car need to go to beach, shopping and dining. Mgmt assistance very accessible and provided answers instantly.

Recommendations and amenities close by

Place was nice. I would go back. But i would also recommend putting high locks for young kids. And maybe a toaster. But other than that the place is a 2 min walk to beach and all other amenities. Would highly recommend.
