Maine is Underrated!

My family and I had an amazing time in York. The location was so great for kids as we could walk to various restaurants, the beach, an arcade, a zoo and a playground!

Atlantic Short Sands

We had a great time at the Atlantic, our second stay!We did enjoy our stay and there are reasons why we would come again

Great apartment. Very well maintained and supplied with necessary items. The only area that can be improved is a better explanation of the fact we needed to enter the apartment and get the parking pass. We were confused and it’s a busy area. I called and it was explained but if we’d gotten there after hours it would have been more difficult. If that information had been included in one of the emails it would have helped.

property was decorated and staged amazingly ,located five minutes from the beach and a great breakfeast sandwich location called shortys next to the wicked good ice cream shop. their are other food places within a few minutes walk from the condo. parking spot was at the rear of rosealie and phils also a two minute walk. the only draw back during our stay was the loud noise from the compressors for the AC units on the roof of the building ,our unit was located on the fourth floor. I would return for the next summer ,just might have to bring noise reducing head phones. dom v

Amazing Stay, Great Location, Clean, and Comfortable.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, when we arrived I was very happy with how clean and cute the space was. It was thoughtfully decorated, and well maintained. The location is amazing, we were able to walk just about anywhere in short sands. Despite being above a restaurant, there was very little noise heard in the evening. The AC worked great too, and was very nice in the summer. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Recommendations and amenities close by

Place was nice. I would go back. But i would also recommend putting high locks for young kids. And maybe a toaster. But other than that the place is a 2 min walk to beach and all other amenities. Would highly recommend.

The Perfect Place

Wonderful stay at The Atlantic House in the heart of York. Our unit was upscale and beautifully furnished. Provided everything we needed. Location made it the perfect place. No car need to go to beach, shopping and dining. Mgmt assistance very accessible and provided answers instantly.
