Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive-located in the heart of Destin! Beach Retreat is a private, gated community ideal for family vacations. Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is only 4 stories with 44 units with convenient parking. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from the Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Beach Retreat is located on the "beach road" which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.

Beach Retreat offers a club house for all gatherings. It is complete with TVs, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is also available for guests. The pool is heated and 3000 sq. feet with a hot tub to the side. Restrooms are located in the pool area for your convenience. We offer 2 complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Beach Retreat #210 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances along with beautiful granite counter tops. 52' inch high definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and master bedroom, along with LCD TVs in 2 guest rooms. A Bose stereo system and Ipod docks are located throughout the unit. For your entertainment, we have a collection of DVD's and a playstation 3 game system for guests. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 6)
The king master bedroom offers a panoramic ocean view with access to the balcony! The bathroom is complete with a garden tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, and newly tiled walk in shower with frameless doors! The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. Our beach inspired third bedroom is complete with a built in full size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and dressing table.

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

The only problem you'll have is leaving!!

Great pet friendly condo on the beach right across the road. Views were great and condo was well decorated. Host had quick responses with any questions I had. I will definitely stay again and I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone.

It was right up on the beach which was great! The condo is nice. Our only complaints were the furniture was not very clean. Lots of dark stains and it kind of smelled. The master bathroom also had a slight smell. Overall very nice condo, but would have just liked it to be a bit cleaner for the price. View was wonderful, host was very nice & communicated with us well, and the beach service is great.

The beach view was beautiful and the beach is just a short walk across the road. The condo was clean and beautiful, stocked with everything you need. My dog was welcome, we would stay again most definitely. Contact with host was good. There is a grill on site as well.

We stay at Beach Retreat every year in different units. We both agree, this is probably our favorite. We love that it is on the 2nd fl. The patio furniture is so comfortable! The master bath is fantastic. The list goes on. If available, we will definitely stay here again.

There are a lot of rules while you are staying in the condo like no sand no wetsuits and no fake tanning lotion. But I do understand cause it is very well taken care of and very very clean. The cleanest I've seen.I overall great place.

We had a lovely 3 week stay in Miramar Beach. We had a few days of rainy, cold weather but that ended and we had sunshine for the rest of our stay. Our accommodations were well maintained and very spacious. We highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic condo & building.

Everything was great with our stay. The location, the views, the pool, the condo all great. Was just a much needed, quiet, getaway for myself, my husband and our little dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break 2025

This was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, sun, sights, and restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean and provided just the right amenities to enjoy our week in the beautiful Destin/Miramar beach area. We will be back.

I have been in Destin many times but it was never like this, everything was as beautiful and everything close, if I could have this place 10 stars I will be because everything was perfect, defenetly going there next year but for more days!!!!
