We loved our stay at this house. It was very clean and well stocked with lots of activities and things to do. It’s a nice and quiet community and loved how the house was so close to the beach. It also had amazing views from the upstairs balcony. Only problem we had was I didn’t get the check in email and we were scrambling a bit at check in for what to do, but they were helpful over the phone when I called about it.

The house itself was beautiful, but the experience was extremely frustrating.Check-in required stops at two separate locations—one for Casago and another at the property. We were told we could park our trucks and trailers at the house since we brought side-by-sides. However, after unloading and going to dinner, we were stopped at the gate and told to move our vehicles, pay 5 per night for trailer parking, or face a 500 fine.The spa didn't work, and judging by six handwritten notes from previous guests, this has been an ongoing issue. The upstairs shower was also disassembled when we arrived.Casago promised immediate maintenance, but nobody showed up until I followed up five hours later. Maintenance shut off the house's water and left for parts. We waited another two hours, unsure whether we could leave. Eventually, we went to dinner.When we returned, the upstairs shower worked, but now the downstairs shower didn't! I discovered maintenance had left a valve closed. Opening it restored the downstairs shower but disabled the upstairs one again. The spa was never repaired.Casago said they would discuss a refund, but after checkout, they stopped responding.Beautiful property, but poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, and misleading parking instructions made this a disappointing stay.

The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need in a kitchen and more. Very pleasant stay, each room was decorated with intent and purpose. Very clean, clean smell and overall comfortable. The tide was super far out, but still a nice view.

This house was amazing. I would give it a 5 star review, however, the hot tub was not working and we called several times about having it fixed. Maintenance showed up but was not familiar with hot tubs. When we called property manager we were advised they would get someone else out but it never happened. The house was clean, comfy beds, lots of dishes, etc. if you are ok with just a pool & no hot tub, definitely stay here. Nice neighborhood with friendly security, etc.

Beautiful sunsets and scenery

We had a good time at this beatiful property.the community is away from the crowd and safe. It is still under construction around the neighborhood but so far very quite and private ill recommend it for family Gathering

Wonderful time

Everything was great from start to finish. The home was beautiful just as the first time we stayed here. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own spaces and privacy. We'll definitely stay again.

Would stay again

We had a great time. The beds are very comfortable. The views were great. We would definitely recommend this house. The only problem was the 1/2 bath toilet was plugged after the 1st use.

Beautiful house

House is top notch, quite place and beach is clean. We think patio need a bit more clean, you can see spider webs, and we had small problem with the pictures the hook failed, but they fixed these next morning. I will definitely stay again in this place

We surprised my brother in law for his birthday ant the pace was amazing we could just walk to the water and enjoy the ocean. Beautiful house and amazing view

Amazing home on private beach!

My family and I had the best time here! We loved the privacy of the beach and felt like we had it all to ourselves. We made wonderful memories. We love this house! You can tell the owner does too. They have thought of everything! The only bad part was having to leave!

Amazing Sunsets

Great modern house well furnished. The tide moves 1.2 miles out from the house during the afternoon, if you like to explore tide pools this is a great location. Hot tube takes a few hours to get up to temp but is nice and great sunset veiws. Overall very nice house.

Beautiful home

The house was outstanding as was the beach. Our only complaint was the tide, (not the fault of the homeowner). We could only swim in the ocean after 3pm because of low tide.

Great stay

The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything to cook in the kitchen. Back yard is the ocean ( fyi the it’s a hit and miss cause the low tides comes and goes when ever). This community is far from the noise and it’s a quit and relaxing time. Ac is great , toilets works , shower also. They have tv with Netflix and Disney for the kids. My nephew said I like it here cause I feel safe. The only thing was the jacuzzi was bit dirty but I didn’t use it. Didn’t have any issues. Good and relaxing stay

Best Stocked House Ever Rented

This house is by far the most well-stocked house I have ever rented. They were so considerate. Everything provided was top notch not “dollar-store” items that many rentals provide. This house made you feel like you were living in your own home. I will 100% rent here again. House was super clean and located right on the beach.

Wonderful experience

the house is lovely, right on the beach. very comfortable. clean water. well taken care of and clean. The only negative is that the "hot tub" is at best a "warm tub." While that was not ideal it was a minor detail compared to the overall quality of the house and location.

Casa estrella

Overall our stay was good. The house was clean, it came with equipment for activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, corn hole and board games. The jacuzzi didn’t work. During our stay the tide was very low making it a long walk to reach the water but while you adventure to the beach you do get to see many sea creatures. The check in process was fairly easy although it’s not on site it was easy to locate about 15 minute drive from the house.
