Welcome to our cute and cozy Ocean Lakes beach cottage at 1162! Enjoy the view of the dunes and waves from the front deck before entering our 2 bedroom, 1bath home.
In less than a 2-minute walk you can have your toes in the sand and it’s a short trip on the complimentary golf cart to all of the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer-water park, pools, recreation center and arcade as well as the Meet ‘n Eat snack bar and Sandy Mart.
Outside find a comfortable patio space with gas grill and dining area. There’s also parking for 2 vehicles and great shade for those hot summer days.
Our home sleeps 6 with a queen bed, full bed and sleeper sofa. Unlimited Wi-Fi and smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Washer and dryer inside, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating.

* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

*Small dog welcome with owner approval and additional fee.

Golf cart is complimentary; any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21years of age with valid driver's license and be registered to site 1162 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.

The house was close to the beach, but the golf cart allowed us to explore the grounds. All the amenities you could want were provided, The host as absolutely fabulous, which made the whole trip pleasurable. Highly recommend this host/property.

Great location - walking distance to the beach and a short golf cart ride to other amenities. Located on the far end of Ocean Lakes so traffic is a bit calmer. Golf cart being included was a huge plus! Family of 5 had plenty of room and all we needed for the week. Would definitely book again or recommend!

The host was wonderful with communication. I should have done my research on the area it reminded me of overcrowded trailer park Not the experience we were wanting, that’s on me. The house was somewhat clean the internet was in and out all week.

The home was clean and you can tell it has been well taken care of if not recently refreshed too. The host was super quick and helpful any time we had a question and promptly send us the information we needed for our stay without asking. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to ocean lakes as it was one of the best home we have stayed in around this same size and price point over the past few years of coming here!

The property was even better than expected or detailed. We were a late arrival, it was our first visit to Ocean Lakes, so finding the bungalow was a little challenging. The host was excellent, location was perfect, accommodations, were great for a long weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Jim was extremely responsive from the start. I was worried the pool/slides might not be available, & he quickly reassured me that the lazy river & slides would still be open. He even called me to check in about it actually being available & wanting to make things right. The unit was very clean & VERY well stocked! Unlike many rentals, they allow people to leave salt, pepper, spices, foil, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods & sponges. There's plenty is of utensils, pots, pans, drip coffee maker (it can grind & brew) & even a crock pot. There were also sand toys, 3 kids’ chairs, 2 adult beach chairs & an umbrell-such thoughtful extras!The included golf cart was AMAZING! The unit is very close to the beach, & I walked my dog there daily, but the golf cart made carrying all our beach supplies so easy. We could go to the beach, come back for lunch, then ride back out again.We also loved Ocean Lakes! Even with the pool area being renovated, there are 2 great playgrounds, 24-hour laundry & so much for kids & teens to do. Everyone riding golf carts around at night was so much fun!Also to note, the unit does have two beds, you do need to bring your own linens and towels. There were two and a half rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, there's cleaning supplies, a broom, leaf blower, vacuum. The unit was also super cold. We can’t wait to come back & would absolutely book with Jim again! FYI they have other properties too!!

The property was super clean and we had a wonderful stay! The host was quick to respond to any questions and the process was super easy. The layout of the house was a little strange as you have to walk through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms, but since it was just our small family we didn’t mind it. Absolutely recommend!

Home was beautiful and very clean. Wish there had been linens and towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check out time could be extended longer to be able to attend church service and utilize more of the campground amenities and attractions. I would recommend this rental.

Tracy, I’m sorry if you didn’t realize it but linens and towels can be arranged as well as a latter check out. We just need to know in advance to organize it. Our goal is to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. We’ll try to do a better job at clarifying those points you brought up.

Very nice cottage

Apparently, this property has been recently remodeled and it was very nice: clean and attractive with all of the needed amenities. I loved the wood planking on the ceilings!! Would definitely rent this place again!

Was a cute little place close to the beach. Parking was a little difficult due to such small ally ways and hikes being so close together but would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We were very impressed with the quick response of the property owner. The villa was very nice and even came with its own golf cart. They were also very understanding to accommodate our dogs and adding an additional person to come. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house in Oceanlakes

Other than the noise in the area this was a really nice place inside and out. You can see the ocean from the porch and walk there in just a couple minutes. Beach access is right there as well.

Nice, clean, comfortable home. Close to beach and quiet area. Cart included was a great bonus! Couldn’t ask for much more! Will note: at no fault of owners, parking and street is tight for larger SUV/truck. Wouldn’t deter from stay, just a heads up. Would definitely stay again!! Loved it!!
