This two-story vacation rental is ready to host you and your group in Flagstaff - a gateway to the San Francisco Peaks. For fresh air, gather together outside on the deck, now featuring a gas grill and new outdoor furniture (2024). With multiple toddler- and child-friendly activities, the simplicity of this home offers a chance to refocus on quality time with friends and family. Located in central Flagstaff, you'll be within walking distance from downtown, locally owned restaurants, boutiques, and a weekly farmer's market.

After a full day of sightseeing, return to the perfect place to rest your head. Inside, you'll find a renovated kitchen with staple cooking supplies and stainless steel appliances to help make meal prep easy. In addition, a dining room off the kitchen is ideal for family dinners or exciting board game nights. A cozy living area offers plush furnishings. (The fireplace is not operational.) A fully stocked board game selection and a DVD collection will help you wind down at night's end. (Internet access is not offered at this home.)

This vacation home boasts two fully updated bathrooms—one with a deep tub and the other with a glass shower. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning.
An on-site washer/dryer is also provided for comfort and convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Too Hot Too Cold-Misleading Posting

There was no consistency in temperature. Downstairs was waaaay too cold. The heater was off and on all night. All the hot air went upstairs and it was unbearable! Like a sauna. Downstairs warmed up then was cold. It was too cold downstairs (with the occasional heat blowing in your face) and upstairs was too hot! Additionally, the rental posting was accurate but very misleading. There was a fireplace, but you could not use it. There was a television, but no internet. There was a wifi password, but no internet. we could sleep 7 but there were only 6 chairs. There was an outdoor deck, but no seating. Would not recommend without changing their amenities.

Not what we expected

First of all, it's impossible to gain easy access to the front door. The lock code is very sensitive and difficult to use. It took us no less that 5 or 6 tries to even get in the door. We asked for key to the front door as there was only one and it didn't actually open the door by itself, we still had to type in the 10-digit code. The house is on a VERY busy street, and you have to pull out into traffic to get out of the driveway. There were no chairs on the back deck, only a snow shovel. It would have been nice to enjoy the nice weather on the deck. The back yard was weedy and unkempt. The sofa and chair in the living room are not made for comfort. Your feet don't even touch the floor when you try to sit down, and we aren't that short. It was horrible. There is also no TV in the main room. There was no extra toilet paper. We had 4 rolls for 4 people for 5 days. We had to buy our own when we ran out. Also, there was no kleenex, and no blow dryer for your hair. One of our parties hit her head on the light over the dining room table. It is large and low with sharp edges. So, unless you're like 5 feet tall beware! Vacasa didn't address any of our issues and we contacted them several times. I hope to never use that service again. It would be nice to be able to contact the OWNER to resolve our issues. At least there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And the space was adequate but uncomfortable, especially after hiking for several hours.

Scooter Rally

There were 4 of us that stayed in the house. 4 bedrooms - 2 up some pretty steep stairs. House was clean. Furniture not real conducive to conversation. House is on a really busy corner so to get out was a little nerve racking. Nice house and stocked pretty well. Chairs on back patio would be nice to have to sit out to visit.
