Front row Beach House with spectacular views located in Treasure Island at San Luis Pass.....where the beaches are secluded, seashells are abundant and fishing is excellent!

For everyones enjoyment, we provide an extremely clean, smoke-free and pet-free home!

The upper deck surrounds the entire house and has comfortable wicker seating to enjoy the sun, relax in the shade, watch for dolphins or gather with family and friends, at night-time enjoy fishing from the deck with the use of the giant green spotlight. The family room, kitchen and breakfast area provide a spacious, open concept with a wonderful ocean view thru large windows across the front of the home. Catch the beautiful sunrise in the morning or enjoy the cool night air in the evening! All three bedrooms have quality beds as well as their own HDTV with Dish Network. Comfortable sleeping is provided for eight (8) guests...the maximum number of guests allowed in our home. This is not your typical rental beach house. It is our peaceful place away from home!!

Just twenty minutes away, historic Galveston Island offers everything in a resort destination...Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn water park, shopping on The Strand, great restaurants including Rainforest Café, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt golf, historic homes, museums, bike rentals, movie theater and a ferry ride to Port Bolivar.

Surfside Beach is a quaint, little town fifteen minutes away that offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, horseback riding, surfboard and golf cart rentals, crabbing pier and parks.

Kayaking, Deep Sea Fishing and Bay Fishing are also available out of Surfside Beach, Freeport and Galveston.

Great Stay!

This home was family friendly. Right on the water. All reviews and listing descriptions were accurate. We got caught in bad weather at checkout time and the owner was very accommodating to ensure our safety. Heartfelt thanks for that hospitality.

Great Location!

Fishing off the deck was awesome! Grandson caught 8 Bonnethead sharks, all were released.

Lighthouse Stay #4!!!

As always this home is a great location for our annual getaways and any other vacations. It is our fourth time staying and each time has been as good or better than the last. Sheryl makes the process seamless, easy, and a joy for her guests.

Beautiful house with great location

Loved our stay at Sheryl's house. Not only did we LOVE the view, the house is beautifully decorated with very comfortable bedding. We had everything we needed and appreciated the short walk to the beach that was not too crowded. Sheryl was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

It was so pleasant listening to the waves crash on the rocks, just underneath the porch. And swimming was just a short walk away. House was very clean tidy and comfortable

A Heavenly View!

This beach house was lovely! Waking up to miles of ocean right out the windows couldn’t be beat. We saw dolphins right from the deck and the bird watching was great! The sound of waves crashing against the shore was hypnotic! It’s our new favorite place!

Another Fantastic, Repeat Vacation!

Just as last year, the visit went off without a single issue and everything was perfect during our stay. The pocket beach is a perfect location in comparison to the house, the fishing is fantastic, and the home is absolutely perfect for our group. Sheryl makes everything easy.

Charming

The house is right on the water,which we love. The ocean waves are soothing and the breeze on the patio feels great. We enjoyed everything about the house. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for letting us relax at your home.

Amazing as always!!

This was our third trip and as always we had a fabulous time ! We even caught fish off the deck this trip ( catfish and redfish) . Perfect location , amazing view , and everything you need to relax and recharge . Will Definately be back !!

What a view!

The Lighthouse lived up to its billing. Great place for a family stay. The pictures are nice, but in person it’s even nicer. It feels like you are right on the water. We loved our morning coffee on the balcony while we watched the sunrise. Seeing dolphins swim by was a plus too. Beach right next door was private and very clean.

Everything we expected and more!

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed fishing right off the porch, going down to the beach, and having the luxury of being so close to everything. Best part was how kid friendly it was! There is a locked gate on the porch so we didn’t have to worry about the toddlers and convenient enough to put them down for a nap and still be able to sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean. We look forward to staying again (hopefully next year!).

Absolutely Perfect

Had the most amazing trip. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. This will be our go to destination in the future. Everything you could ask for and you cannot get any closer to the water. Fish right from the deck. Absolutely 💯 perfect.

Beautiful home. Great location!

The house was perfectly kept upon our arrival and check in was a breeze. You can’t get any closer to the water and fishing off the deck was a blast. Especially with the green spot light that projected into the ocean. The private beach was nice and just a few steps away. The proximity to Galveston as well as Freeport made it nice as well as they are a short, easy drive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful also. We will definitely be back.

The Lighthouse Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse beach house! The house had absolutely everything we needed and more! The house and decor is beautiful and the location was perfect! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing. We greatly appreciated the ice machine, use of beach chairs, beach towels and toys. Sheryl was quick to respond with any questions and checking in with us during our stay. We hope to vacation here again next year! Thank you!

Spring Break

Our varied interests were all satisfied in this rental. Beach combing was spectacular and we saw lots of By-the -wind Sailors on our last day. Fishing off the deck and catching several tagable Red Drums was the highlight for the fishermen in our party. The house itself is comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of room to accommodate our age range.

Great location

Well we had another great stay at the Lighthouse.Played a little golf and caught plenty of fish.Only minor complaint is the Dish TV. Can't get my Astro's or Golf Channel on it. See you next year.

Family beach vacation

Great house, great location! We've stayed at this house several times. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and very organized. We love the beach and fishing (we caught alot of speckled trout and a bull red, a few small sharks were also caught right in front of the deck). This house checked all of our boxes! We had a minor issue with the coffee pot, Sheryl was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Can't wait to come back.

It was awesome!!!

We had a blast! The view was spectacular! House was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed! There were linens and enough towels that we didn't have to do laundry everyday. Owner was very helpful and checked on us periodically! There were games for the kids and puzzles for those needing a challenge. The neighborhood is family orientated and not a loud, obnoxious party place. Felt safe and enjoyed our time. I can't wait to go back again!

Weekend Trip

Another great weekend at the surf. House was perfect for our 7 senior adults. Wish my bed at home was as nice as the one we slept on. High winds stopped us from deck fishing but we hired guide Greg Brewer and caught plenty of fish despite the conditions. You may want to check your electrical plugs on the wall in the bedroom closet to the deck gate. See you next year.

Super clean and cozy! Fishing was awesome!

All starts with Sheryl... she was very kind and accommodating to my requests. When we walked in, the house smelled great, was very clean and cozy. Our family fished off the deck and caught an assortment of fish which exceeded our expectations. The kids enjoyed the abundance of seashells found underneath the house and by the pocket beach. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We are already planning to book again!

Amazing Property!!

Wow! This was a lovely decorated extremely clean beautiful property. It's literally right on the water. Our family at Had so much fun hunting for shells underneath the house and on the beach Literally 2 minutes down the street.. The waves were Strong enough that my girls had A blast boogie boarding in the ocean! We grilled every evening on the deck and the view is phenomenal! Sheryl was so kind and responsive to our questions. We would certainly rent this property again.. Wonderful experience!
