Beautifully renovated 4 BR/2BA bath Cape (2,138 sqft) and just a mile from Hardings Beach!

Enjoy the updated kitchen, living room area that boasts a cozy seating area with Roku TV's throughout. Step out of the kitchen to the spacious, sunny 2 tier deck with seating for 10 on teak sling-back furniture. There is a weber grill with a gas line for all your barbequing enjoyment. The outside has a large, secluded fenced-in yard, outdoor shower and a spacious fire pit for entertaining. From the privacy of the yard, enjoy listening to the birds and being close to Oyster Pond.

The first floor boasts an adorable seating area, an outdoor patio for dining with a gas line for BBQ, two bedrooms and a full bath; one with a queen bed with a good size closet, the other has 2 twin beds and a large closet.

Upstairs are 2 BR; the master has a king bed with 2 large walk-in closets with an L-shaped desk for remote work access. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 walk-in closets and a futon. There is a full bath in the hallway. All the bedrooms have Roku smart TVs.

The basement has a newly renovated lower-level walkout recreation room, with a full-size ping pong table, comfortable seating area and an additional full-sized refrigerator/freezer. Full-Size Washer & Dryer in storage room.

The home is conveniently located within walking distance of 5 minutes to Mac’s Seafood & Restaurant, Pate’s Restaurant, and the Vineyard Avenue Boat Landing on the Oyster River. Ride a mile ride to Harding's Beach!

Property was excellent. Great location excellent amenities within the property. Host was fantastic checking everything was good and answering our questions. Would definitely rebook when we want a relaxing vacation on the Cape!

Great House!!

This house worked out perfectly for us. It was close to the beach, restaurants and downtown shops. It had extras of everything you would need and the deck was great for lunches and dinners. The downstairs playroom was fantastic with a large flat-screen tv and ping pong table! Kitchen is well-equipped and the house is spotless. Nice fire-pit in the backyard. Everything worked out well. Great house if you are looking for the Chatham area!

Beautiful comfortable home

This home was beautiful and spacious. Clean and nicely decorated. Loved the seating options for a group and comfortable mattresses. Private property with great deck & yard. Host was helpful giving recommendations for restaurants. There was a problem with the keypad at check-in, which, unfortunately required us to lose significant time waiting for a locksmith, however, the host made amends with a discount & extended checkout time ( which we couldn’t use due to traveling distance). She remained in contact, though reneged on her original offer of covering drinks/appetizers for the inconvenience. Was surprised at request to wash & dry sheets before checkout when there is a 200 dollar cleaning fee. Overall a great stay, just slightly disappointed with unfortunate circumstance/result.

Great family spot

We had a lovely week in this clean cottage. The location is excellent and while the home is compact, there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The owner Amy was great to work with. We had a small issue with the screen door and she had a handyman over to fix it on the same day. This location is very convenient to town and many beaches. We’d go back again for sure!

Excellent choice in Chatham

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was lovely and well organized. Great communication with the owner. Easy and short distance to beaches, restaurants and town. We loved it!
