Located on a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac, our home is the perfect place for your Cape vacation. Chatham Pier, the Lighthouse Beach, Main Street, and the bike trail are within a mile.

House was pet friendly and very clean. Stayed for wedding in Chatham, location was perfect for everything, beaches, sandwich shop and coffee shops were both in walking distance. Response time good , would stay again. Outside shower would make it even better!

Great Chatham Weekend Escape

Highly recommend staying at this clean, fun Chatham home. We enjoyed our weekend as it was in close proximity to plenty of fun activities. A must stay!

We had a great stay in this Chatham home. Clean, coffee shop in walking distance and beach chairs and beach towels provided. Everything was good! Enjoyed the stay.

Lovely four bedroom house

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Chatham. We really enjoyed the house and the location. We could walk to get coffee at the Chatham Perk, and it was a super short drive to Main Street and the Lighthouse Beach. Some people could probably walk to Main Street, but we had small children with us. The house had everything we needed and checking-in was super easy! I would definitely visit again!

The property was clean and well kept. The house was also neat and clean and had easential tools. There’s a lovely picnic table under the shade and it’s nearby the bike path. We had a good time.

Lovely home near all Chatham has to offer!

Beautifully appointed home in quiet neighborhood within quick commute to all Chatham has to offer. We traveled with 7 adults and the house accommodated us all. The bedrooms are quite large upstairs and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The just was easy to deal with and communicated with us in a timely manner. A really great choice for anChatham stay!

This house is so so cute and fit our group perfectly. The kitchen is updated and beautiful. We loved making coffee (from the amazing coffee maker) and relaxing in the spacious living room. Its proximity to CBI and other hot spots was stellar. Elliot was great and responsive if we needed him. Already planning our trip back!!

Beautifully appointed home with lots of light, lovely new furnishings and comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. In a quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown and beaches, with private backyard with outdoor table for morning coffee. Responsive communication with host. We stayed for a family wedding and really enjoyed our time at this house in between events! Highly recommend.

Great brand new house on the outskirts of town in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the rail trail and an easy walk to 3fins coffee. House was super clean. Elliot the host was responsive - the washing machine wasn’t working when we arrived; it wasn’t fixed by the time we left but we were only there for 2 nights so understandable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful house and great experience. Really well taken care of and responsive host. Felt clean and spacious. One note for families- this isn’t a super walkable area. It’s tucked into a little street without sidewalks. It’s nice and quiet, but was a little challenging to go anywhere on foot with kids. Very close to the downtown main area in Chatham by car! Extremely easy drive.
