Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property Have stayed here before Loved the house but now there in a house in front of it. Someone has built in what was considered green space. Still a good home just not beachfront (my number 1 requirement)

It was dog friendly was perfect also. Every thing about the house was awesome, the views the closnest to the beach, the hot tub, the dog fence, the luggage lift was super handy.

Cobb Real Estate staying at Top Shelf Beach Front

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I want to 5 star Cobb Real Estate. They were 1st class from the minute I booked the rental and we walked through the door till the day we left. Thank you so much. That's service with a smile. 2nd the Top Shelf rental was just incredible, so much space and comfort. We brought our old lab along with us and they have a great fenced in area where the dog can stay plus they can Rome up to the top deck. Again, thank you. We look forward to booking with you again.

Great house- Amazing views and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Top Shelf the week after Easter and really enjoyed it. Close to everything, a great view, and plenty of room. It’s a spacious living/kitchen are which made it so nice. Love the lift, hot tub and outside tiki cover upstairs was the perfect spot for a coffee. Very clean and well kept. The only disappointment was the grill pic on vrbo is not there, it’s a cheap lil grill that was too small to cook burgers or steaks for 6 ppl so maybe that needs updating on the listing or replace what was pictured in ad. Overall, a great place and we’d stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and home for our adult family. A fenced in area has been added for guests with dogs. The customer service from Cobb was poor. Emailed responses to questions were not helpful and office staff unfriendly when we picked up key.

Family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this property. The house is in great shape and it's just steps from the beach. What a view! Check in and out was easy. I can't say enough good things about our stay...Just needs a new BBQ grill and it would have been perfect. We wanted to use it, but the one provided is just too far gone. Would come back here in a minute.

We loved our stay here. Our extended family all met up here for a week. It was clean and well-maintained. The location right on the beach was amazing. My only complaint is the grill. We wanted to grill, but it is too gross to use.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin was gorgeous, spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture, including mattresses, and had a great beach front view! Everything we hoped for!!! Cobb real estate is great to work with as well. Very friendly staff, great check-in/check-times which was so much better than what we've had in the past with other rentals.Loved everything!❤️❤️❤️
