Beautiful and well maintained beachfront cabin. Spacious and well equipped and the hot tub is a great bonus. We enjoyed that the beach was not as crowded as some areas. Also since it has a lift getting everything up and down was a breeze. We will definitely book here again!

We loved our stay here. Our extended family all met up here for a week. It was clean and well-maintained. The location right on the beach was amazing. My only complaint is the grill. We wanted to grill, but it is too gross to use.

The upstairs guest bathroom looked as though it had mold that had been painted over. On our check out day, as I was going back through to make sure nothing had been left behind, I opened the cabinet above the toilet and the whole thing fell off the wall. Thankfully I was able to catch it and scream for help. When we removed the cabinet, the whole wall was covered in black mold. I tried the emergency number and left a message but never received a call back. I had to wait until noon to call the booking company due to it being a Sunday. We were told that they would get maintenance over to fix it. There was no consideration of the black mold that we had been staying with for 4 days or the fact that the cabinet literally could have hurt someone terribly. I don't usually leave reviews-- the house was beautiful, was in a great spot and was very clean to the eye. But obviously there are some underlying issues that need to be addressed. Please be cautious when renting this house.

Someone has built in what was considered green space. Still a good home just not beachfront (my number 1 requirement)

It was dog friendly was perfect also. Every thing about the house was awesome, the views the closnest to the beach, the hot tub, the dog fence, the luggage lift was super handy.

Cobb Real Estate staying at Top Shelf Beach Front

They were 1st class from the minute I booked the rental and we walked through the door till the day we left. Thank you so much. That's service with a smile. 2nd the Top Shelf rental was just incredible, so much space and comfort. We brought our old lab along with us and they have a great fenced in area where the dog can stay plus they can Rome up to the top deck. Again, thank you. We look forward to booking with you again.

Great house- Amazing views and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Top Shelf the week after Easter and really enjoyed it. Close to everything, a great view, and plenty of room. It’s a spacious living/kitchen are which made it so nice. Love the lift, hot tub and outside tiki cover upstairs was the perfect spot for a coffee. Very clean and well kept. The only disappointment was the grill pic on vrbo is not there, it’s a cheap lil grill that was too small to cook burgers or steaks for 6 ppl so maybe that needs updating on the listing or replace what was pictured in ad. Overall, a great place and we’d stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and home for our adult family. A fenced in area has been added for guests with dogs. The customer service from Cobb was poor. Emailed responses to questions were not helpful and office staff unfriendly when we picked up key.

Check in and out was easy. I can't say enough good things about our stay...Just needs a new BBQ grill and it would have been perfect. We wanted to use it, but the one provided is just too far gone. Would come back here in a minute.

Cobb real estate is great to work with as well. Very friendly staff, great check-in/check-times which was so much better than what we've had in the past with other rentals.Loved everything!❤️❤️❤️
