The Space:
Beautiful compound in the skirts of Fredericksburg, outdoor bar and hot tub.

Note: The driveway has been resurfaced, a new walkway from the parking area to the gate was installed.

The main house sleeps 8 and has:
- Master bedroom: 1 king bed & a sofa bed with an ensuite master bathroom
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
- Full bathroom located in the hall

Guesthouse sleeps 5 and has:
- Bedroom: 1 king bed and 1 full bathroom
- Living room: 1 twin sleeper sofa and 1 full sleeper sofa

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the main house, guesthouse, outdoor bar and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood on the skirts of Fredericksburg area.

Getting Around:
Located just outside of Fredericksburg, you are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

- This property is suitable for children/infants.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
