Great stay

The condo was very spacious, clean, huge balcony, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We played at the beach and pools, and rented a pontoon for one day. This place is close to anywhere you need to go and has a lot of great restaurants close by.

Great place

Great place. Close to so many popular places. Can walk to most things within 10-15mins. Or less. Elevators are the only downfall. Very slow and busy. You just have to try time things around them. Overall it was a great place. Will definitely be back.

the only good thing about this place was the balcony. everything else was terrible. the rooms never cooled off, things were broken upon arrival, and an hour and a half before checkout there was somebody knocking and yelling at the front door.

Very irrelevant review from a person who partially destroyed my unit and got mad, because I asked VRBO insurance reimburse the things she did at the property, providing every single evidence. Hope future hosts will be more careful letting these guests to rent your place.

Communication

I’ll surprise apartment was really nice. Yet we had a hot water issue. There was not enough hot water for everyone to take a shower. We always had to wait. Master bedroom shower is dangerous. You need shower mat on the floor of the shower. Two of us fail because it was so slippery. We didn’t have the access code to the beach that should be in the room.

Hello Romana, Thank you for your feedback. I understand you encountered some issues during your stay. Regarding your comments, you are the first guest in four years of renting to report a hot water issue, and we haven't had any other reports before or after your stay. For the slippery floor, a shower mat towel is always provided for use on the floor. The beach code information is included in the rule list, which is located on the front of the refrigerator. We encourage all guests to read and follow the rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Finally, if there were issues as described, we would have appreciated being contacted during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them, especially the hot water concern. Thank you, and we wish you good luck in the future. Sincerely, Denis
