This beachfront condo offers ample space for up to eight people making it an ideal choice for family vacations or group getaways. The master bedroom includes a king bed and an adjoining bathroom fit for a queen thanks to a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes with a set of twin over double bunks. The two smaller bedrooms share a full bathroom. The expansive living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa AND brilliant beach views. You can watch the big game from your huge flat screen TV or watch dolphins play in the sparkling gulf. End the day with a money-saving home-cooked meal. It's easy with the fully-stocked kitchen and large dining set at your disposal. After diner, step out onto your private balcony and breathe in the salt air!

The condo was wonderful. The master bedroom and bathroom space along with the enormous closet was a great surprise! The amenities at the condo were perfect - from the pools to the coffee shop (Starbucks). Parking was incredible and secure. The staff were helpful and friendly. The elevators were fast. It’s a large condo so the beach was a bit crowded but it was beautiful weather the entire week!

Great location, enjoyed seeing dolphins in the ocean each morning. Kids loved all the pools and hot tubs. Nice to have Starbucks and H2O grill for afternoon snacks. The game room was fun in the evening.

Cleanliness and furniture

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture the Sofa & Chair is very old outdated and dirty stains were also all over the curtains dust was everywhere it look like it hadn’t been dust in months the bathroom need to be updated almost look like mold in the shower

The main reason for not giving 5-stars. Floor in front guest room was soaked from a leaking pipe. This leak had caused them to replace flooring 3-yrs ago and was still never addressed. Leaked into the bottom apartment which caused us not to have water for several hours. Contacted agency and they did send someone but didn’t reply during the process. It was a Friday and once it hit 4pm -radio silence. All I wanted was a tentative timeline or a possible solution if the fix wasn’t possible. Place is dated and lots of doors of hinges (need adjusting). Baseboards separating from walls just lots of wear on the place. View was great and mainly there to be outside but could stand to do some minor cosmetic improvements.

The host was welcoming. Kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped but there were only 5 forks and 6 cups. No cutting board, mixer, serving bowls,can opener, etc. Requested and received most items.
Lovely gulf views.

Great stay!

Everything was wonderful except the top bunk bed had a max weight of 70 pounds and that wasn’t listed. I had 9 people, which the condo said it would accommodate, but they were all well over 70 pounds. We had to sleep 3 to one bed for 5 nights bc of this. It was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

Majestic Beach Towers

This is our second year staying at the same resort, just different condo. Everything was as described. The amenities of the resort cannot be beat. We enjoyed everything from the indoor heated pools, outdoor pools and hot tubs, and mostly being located right on the beach. The condo itself offers lots of space. Only thing I'd recommend is more silverware as there weren't enough forks for our group, but we bought plastic utensils and were just fine. I also stuck extra bath towels in and was glad I did. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with owners was prompt and the only issue we had was the thermostat wouldn't turn the air on. It was fixed very quickly. Perfect stay and so many memories made!

Vacation

Resort wonderful. Condo very outdated. TV’s do not work well. Light in laundry room an in living area do not work. Husband fixed ice maker in frig clock needed batteries. 2nd bedroom so small could hardly get around bed or open dresser draws little swivel chair so dirty anstained we didn’t use it. Couch very old an uncomfortable. Owner really needs to update an replace furniture

The couch had a lot of stains all over it and the chair you sat in it you thought you was gonna hit the floor, some of the pillows had a lot of stains on them the dryer had rust on the top of it.when we walked in the whole place smelled like mildew the bathroom smelled really bad and we thought it would go away it didn’t the bathroom was really bad. I usually don’t write on these but this was really really bad

Thank you for a wonderful much needed vacation. The views were absolutley amazing. We were very happy with the accommodations. There were somethings i felt could have been updated but knowing it's a rental and by the beach it was reasonable. I hated throwing food away and wished there was a way to donate it or let other tenants take it. Overall the experience and stay was amazing. We will definetly be back. Thanks again.
