A great location to stay

The property was true to the pictures and presentation online. It was spacious, clean and situated in a central location. I would never get tired of the ocean view off the balcony and master bedroom. I would definitely stay at this property in the future. Also, the host was always available for any questions or requests

Panama City Beach

The property was everything we could ask for and more. It was very close to the beach and all the other attractions Panama City has to offer. My family of 6 and my daughters’s family of 6 all had more than enough space. Best for families that do mind crowds. The only downside was the dryer happened to quit while we were there (no fault of the owners).

Loved the balcony!

We stayed with five adults and three children. The bunkbeds were a serious hit with the little boys. We really enjoyed the balcony and sitting and talking every morning and night overlooking the beautiful gulf had some small issues with the Internet but the host handle them immediately. couldn’t ask for a better host!

It was a great place. The view from the balcony was awesome. Beds were comfy. Could use more silverware. But other than that, kitchen was well stocked. It was a great week. My son proposed to his girlfriend of 13 years while there. Ate lots of good food at Pineapple Willies and McGuires. Went on the best dolphin cruise ever on the Sea Screamer. Awesome vacation.

Just okay

The resort looks nice, but it seems a little sketchy after dark. I didn’t feel really safe even though there was a security guard checking for parking tags and wrist bands. The condo was updated, but not very clean especially the linens. The pillows, linens, and towels were not clean. The bathtub in one room did not drain well. The TVs in the smaller rooms did not work. The hostess was not helpful and did not send anyone to look at the tub or the TVs. The view is spectacular even though the condo is not technically on the beach. The grounds on the resort are nice. The elevators ran very fast.

It appears there were efforts to assist with the TV issue as soon as it was reported. However, it seems the communication may not have effectively conveyed the resolution steps or perhaps did not cover all your concerns. We apologize if our response did not fully address the issues with the bathtub and linens, which were not brought up during your stay. We are always available and can send maintenance / team members if needed. Security of our guests is a top priority. Our resort is equipped with 24/7 security personnel who diligently monitor the premises, ensuring a safe environment for our guests. It's a family friendly resort and in an area of town with tons of activities for children & families. We're not sure why guest felt unsafe but rest assured we're always available to communicate if guests need to during the stay.

Condo was very clean and spacious. It was beautiful and had plenty of room. Our host Val was amazing. I booked with her last minute and she was very accommodating and responsive to any questions that I had. Would definitely book with her again. Both the master bedroom and the living room had a balcony with sliding doors which we loved. Condo was in very close proximity to everything. 10/10 would recommend!!!
