Beautiful cabin, large covered porches front and back. Deers, birds on property. Host is the best. Conveniently located to I-64 for day trips.

Christy is an excellent host, very quick to respond. The property is in a good area in connection to the various parks etc. Nothing fancy but well equiped, comfortable and secluded. I would stay there again.

This was by far the best property I have ever stayed at!! From the beginning the host was so sweet and excellent with communication. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Secluded in the woods with a nice view of the mountain out front. Covered deck and porch so when it rained we were still able to sit outside. The Perfect for a private getaway and to observe nature. The house was so clean, modern, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Felt exactly like I took all the comforts of home with me. Great proximity to New River Gorge National Park and all the activities they offer there as well. Would love to come back and stay again on my next visit to the area!

We enjoyed the front and back porches - seeing the sun rising over the trees from the back and the sunset from the front. Everything was provided that we needed to have a wonderful stay. Chris was a great host and very communicative. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend between work trips. It actually would be great to stay for a longer time. The setting was lovely, the house was well stocked, check in/out was easy. We had easy access to new river gorge national park.

Comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. Of course, peaceful in a “retreat” in the mountains. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect and Peaceful

The house and property was perfect for our family of 4. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to venture out east or west. We would definitely stay here again!!

House in the woods

Wonderful stay in the house! Close to interstate 64. Not much to eat right around the area but 15-20 miles you can find some stuff.Awesome host and great place to stay!

Beautiful view

Had a relaxing time. Enjoyed fires in the fire pit each evening. Very comfortable for the four of us.

Fall weekend

Fantastic property! Cozy home that was perfect for a weekend getaway. Out of all of the homes and cabins I have rented this was the most well equipped for visitors. Chris is an amazing host and made the whole process really easy. Looking forward to coming back.

Just Right

The cabin is very clean and private. The back porch and yard are wonderful. Perfect place to enjoy some time with family and get away from the hustle and bustle. It's also right off the exit so easy to find and easy to get around. The host is very nice and helped with any questions we had. Defiantly would stay here again.

Quiet Getaway

This property was in a quiet and scenic location. The owner was extremely accommodating and the house had everything we needed. It was cozy and clean with all the comforts of home. The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to many beautiful spots in the New River Gorge. This was our second stay and we want to plan a third!

Amazing Weekend

The place was simply gorgeous. Christy was so pleasant and we communicated often. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend. I hope to come back again soon.

Perfect Home Base

We spent a week motorcycling in the beautiful WV hills and had a great place to spend our evenings on the porch, get rested comfortably, then start our days with the sun shining on the fall colors across the valley. Great host, great place. Very clean and comfortable. Would love to come back and explore some more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The property was very private and serene but also had quick access to the Interstate and an easy drive to Lewisburg for the fair and of course Walmart (lol), restaurants, entertainment, and New River Gorge for all our outdoor activities. From lazy mornings on the porch to s'mores around the campfire we couldn't have asked for more! It truly was almost heaven! We'll be back for sure

Great stat

So glad we found this place. It is up on a hill with beautiful views from the front porch. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We experienced a problem with our vehicle and our host went out of her way to assist us in finding a solution. Would definitely return again

Respite in WV

We stayed 4 nights, exploring the local sights, mostly over by the New River Gorge. The house had everything we needed. Would have liked to use the laundry, we were traveling on to Bristol. The property is on a well and thelaundry use wasnt an option.

Thanks for your review , Rhonda ... we ve always had it listed as no laundry on sote, especially this year with the drought. I've even been taking changeover laundry to the other rental... it's really bad this year . Enjoy the rest of your trip ! Come again .
