Gound level and private home with river front access.
Welcome to my river front home! During your stay you will have access to the private lower level of the duplex whereas the top is never occupied while the lower level is rented. Inside you will find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room area along with a full washer and dryer. Outside you will have access to the gazebo with table and chairs provided and newly built dock/fishing platform along the river's edge. You may also access the water with stairs and built handrail to cool off or to enjoy a relaxing river float, kayaks available at the home. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit or swing.
The property is located approximately 5 miles from Lewisburg, once voted "Coolest Small Town in America!" Other attractions include, but not limited to, Lost World Caverns, Carnegie Hall, Greenbrier Historical Society and North House Museum, Old Stone Presbyterian Church, Trillium Performing Arts, multiple taverns, cafes, and so much more! This home is just minutes away from the West Virginia State Fairgrounds.
The property is located approximately 5 miles from Lewisburg, once voted "Coolest Small Town in America!" Other attractions include, but not limited to, Lost World Caverns, Carnegie Hall, Greenbrier Historical Society and North House Museum, Old Stone Presbyterian Church, Trillium Performing Arts, multiple taverns, cafes, and so much more! This home is just minutes away from the West Virginia State Fairgrounds.

Absolutely loved the location and the access to the river. Check in was a breeze and everything was very clean. We loved spending time on the patio and overlook area. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that for the price I would have liked a slightly upgraded couch, bed and pillows.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location...close enough to all the main attractions, but yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the Greenbrier River. Host communication and accommodations were top shelf! Definitely recommend!!

Everything was great. We had one small issue but the host response was almost immediate and easily resolved. We met Larry one afternoon and he was very warm and personable.

I would high recommend this property. It was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. We loved the access to the river and the provided kayaks. We have family in the area, and I would definitely look into staying here again when we visit.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The kids had tons of fun on the river and the nearby Island park was a great place to have a family picnic. Lewisburg is nearby with plenty of things for grownups as well. The driveway looks steeper than it actually is so don’t let that deter you from staying here.

The reviews I read were very positive and accurate. We love staying on the water and this property is exceptional. So many times river properties are damp and moldy that is not the case. There are even ripples up stream to listen to!!There are a few minor quirky things mentioned in other reviews, but overall we couldn't have been happier. Our host was very responsive when we accidentally locked the door and did not have the code with us.

The true testament to any property on VRBO is when a group comes back. We came back to the this property again and it was outstanding...again. The cleanliness is impeccable and there's everything you'd ever need to have a relaxing, wonderful time. The hosts were very accommodating when we needed to add a day to our trip and the stay was seamless. If you're looking for a great property with outstanding views and relaxing surroundings, this is it.
