Dave's place was perfect for my husband and me. The location was great for everything we wanted to do on our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week here! Plenty of living / dining space. Large deck faces a wooded area for privacy and a few minute walking trail down to the beach. Also a couple minute drive from Barcelona lighthouse and beach. We hope to stay again when we're back in town.

Dave’s Place is in a very quiet and peaceful area. A walk through the woods and you arrive at the lake. Several beaches and restaurants nearby.

Such a perfect location for accessing the lake with our dog. Dave is a very nice and helpful host. We had a great time and will definitely be bringing our dog back for more swimming!

We had a fabulous time. The host was very responsive at all times. The setting was perfect with a quick walk down to the beach. Incredibly peaceful and just what we were looking for. Also, nice things to do in town and short distances away. We hope to go back!

The rental is above a garage/storage area that is used by the owner. (No interruptions however.) There is a cabin that sits along the back road, in front of this rental. Beautiful location, quiet, perfect combination of "cabin" and beach area. Great stay, thank you!

If you're looking for a clean, quiet spot along Lake Erie that is close to everything you need and is affordable, look no further. In nearly 20 years of annual trips to Lake Erie's quiet towns of North East, Ripley, Westfield, and others this is hands down the best place we have ever stayed. Did I mention it is clean and quiet?

Excellent again!

This location is just perfect for us! The short walk out to the beautiful beach area, and the comfortable accommodations make this a perfect place to rejuvenate! Our host Dave was just as amazing as he was on our first visit. We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful..

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so peaceful and the lake access//beach was super easy to navigate. The apartment was clean and really comfortable. Dave even shared fresh tomatoes and peppers with us! We look forward to staying there again soon.
