Nice property for our 3-night stay. Perfect location to the beach, as access is next to the building, and it's easy to walk to town or up to the boardwalk. The covered balcony was nice for sitting with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Host was very accessible.

This is our second time staying here w James. Place is absolutely amazing not only for location but clean as pin and stocked w everything you’ll ever need. James is great and very communicative. Easy to reach and quick to respond. Walkable distance to everything on Island from coffee, to bars , to restaurants, and direct beach access straight the street. Coming here for years and by far our favorite place it here. Feel like I’m at home yet beach is right across the street. You won’t regret it. Thank you James

We had a wonderful stay at James' place. The location was perfect, one minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk area. The park across the street has a walking path around the lake which was a bonus. The condo had everything we needed and it was nice to have a private deck to sit. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and nice stay with beautiful views! James even provided a list of local bars, restaurants and things to do which was very helpful. We walked to everywhere we wanted to go as the location was great.

We had a great time at the Doubleview Delight. The views of the lake were awesome and we loved being so close to the center of town and all the activities. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to friends in the future!

Great location!!!

We loved the location of this property and the quick access to the beach! Super clean! Will definitely stay in the location on our next return visit to Carolina Beach.

Wonderful Stay

It was just a short weekend stay but well enjoyed. Beautiful condo and very clean. Great location and close to everything. Assigned parking space is an additional plus and owner is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing getaway

Loved staying in this condo. It was stocked with everything we needed and close to plenty of restaurants and the boardwalk. Really liked sitting out on the patio in the mornings.

Doubleview is a delight

This property has amazing views of both the ocean and the CB Lake Park via balcony and large covered porch. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could want, as well as covered parking. Highly recommend!

Great Location.

Couldn't ask for a better location, short walk to the Boardwalk and restaurants and right at beach access. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our host was great, James was very responsive to any issue we had. Looking forward to returning on our next vacation to Carolina Beach.

Quiet, clean and perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It is as advertised- clean, up to date, and perfect location. We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The host James was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon for another beach get away!

Amazing Time!

This property was very clean, very nice inside and out, parking was easy to get to, great location only a minute walk to beach access! Also within walking distance of many great restaurants and the boardwalk! The property owner communicated well and was easy to work with! Highly recommend staying!

Great long weekend close to beach

We love this condo! It’s steps from beach access, is always tidy and clean and offers a great view of ocean from the wonderful lanai. It’s a great small getaway spot for a reasonable price. I wish James had a two bedroom/bath, but we keep making this one work (with pullout couch) bc we love this condo so much and James is such an awesome host.

This property met every expectation, it was spotless, smelled fresh and clean when entering, no issues whatsoever and you can not beat its location, I will absolutely be back next year…. Thank you James
