Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is an efficiency unit. There were very basic amenities. The property is clean and no frills. The laundry facilities were not listed as being available for use. What was great was the walkability to the VA Medical Center. I also liked the large TV that could be tilted towards the dining area and the living area, which felt spacious enough. The host was super responsive to my needs and concerns.

So close to downtown, Phoenix Mountains Preserve and all Eastside attractionsWindows that open so we could get a bit of cool morning air before the "heat dome" hit.Sofa was comfortable, bed on the softer side, but OK.Plush towels.Communication with host best of any I have experienced.

Wonderful Stay!

This is my second stay at this property, and it was as wonderful as the first time! The home is just as shown in the pictures. It is a great space. Off-street parking is a big bonus. Communication with the property manager is excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent Experience!

This rental was wonderful! The home is cute, clean, and comfortable. It looks just like the pictures. It’s the perfect size and has all the amenities needed. The off-street parking is a bonus! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

Everything in pictures was accurate with a nice back yard table and sitting section as well. Location was perfect for getting around I utilized uber ilo renting a car and enjoyed shopping, restaurants and coffee close by. The host Jay was very responsive when questions asked. If I am back in the area I will stay here again. Thank you for the use of your home which made me feel at home away from home!!!

Centrally Located & Cozy

Location was centrally located and walking distance to Dutch Bros. Great restaurants less than 10 min drive. Stayed here while daughter and I went to Taylor Swift, and had a market in Chandler the next day - short drives two both places, less than 30 min. Place was clean, very comfortable bed. Thank you Jay!

Yes pet friendly, but the photos cs reality are not aligned. The furniture was not moved when they painted floors, exposed conduit for light switches, just kinda low quality effort on the renovation.

clean and comfortable

Jay was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was 'OK'. The only thing I rated under 5 stars. I may have felt more comfortable if I had the ability to set the alarm.

The neighborhood is in transition. The number of units that have been remodeled, or are being remodeled (and updated), seems to grow every week. The neighbors have all been very friendly, and we have found the area to be very safe. Unfortunately, the alarm panel in the unit is for a long out of date system that is no longer functional, and we just haven’t removed it… yet. Soon. Thank you for the review, and staying with us.
