New Property in Central Phoenix. Gated community is beautifully decorated, with a private patio. The Unit feels large and is neutrally designed with a comfy sectional couch that you can cozy up to the gas fireplace with and play games or watch the superbowl on the 65 in Smart TV! There is a workout facility and Free wifi. It's Dog friendly as well.

It's a fabulous location, close to Golf, the Light Rail, Restaurants and Biltmore is very close for upscale shopping.

Close to GCU so I could visit my daughter.. property was clean, decorated amazing and owners were so helpful. Would stay again!

Great stay!

Perfect spot for 2 couples or family. Pool areas are nice and quiet, and it’s a short Uber to most places. The place is clean and stocked with all the basic amenities and then some.

This is a beautiful, well equipped, clean condo. One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in and I will definitely choose this again. It was very clean and Deb was incredibly responsive. It’s in a safe and quiet gated community with easy access and even the greater area is great. We walked several miles around and felt safe. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great space, great location

My teenage daughter and I stayed the week and were able to each have our own rooms and bathrooms. The location is central and not far from much of the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Baseball Game

Great property!

Clean and comfortable condo in a nice, safe area of Phoenix. Has everything you might need! Super comfortable beds and the layout is perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely recommend it to others. The owner was fantastic to work with—communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The condo itself was very clean and well cared for, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex was also quiet and peaceful.Overall, this is a great rental that we would gladly return to. The only small suggestion would be to consider replacing the carpet in the future to freshen up the space even more. Other than that, everything was excellent!
