A stylish condo in the heart of Arcadia. The perfect location! Arcadia is the home to many top restaurants and bars and is a quick 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and 20 mins from Downtown Phoenix. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There is an community salt water pool and jacuzzi that is open all year round for guest use. The pool is not heated. Great location and price! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a great location close to shopping and great restaurants.

There were spots and stains on just about every soft surface- couch, chairs, towels, carpet, rugs.Balcony railing had bird droppings all over it, so could not hang wet towels, plus foliage was completely overgrown, hiding any view there may have been.Pool was good.Overall, I would not stay here again.

Property was nice. Real problem with the cleanliness. There were hairs in the bed, and tiny pieces of glass on the floor. It looked like something glass broke and not all of the minute pieces were swept.

Nicely decorated,spacious, clean, lots of supplies and a nice balcony to sit on and look out over the grounds.the pool was a real bonus when the temps were in the 90’s and the grounds are lovely. A laundromat on premise was convenient.

Really nice, quiet apartment. The little balcony is especially lovely with hummingbirds and a butterfly. Pool quiet nice and clean. The owners were very responsive. Id stay here again

Great location… Lots of places to eat, and close to the venue we were there for. The apartment was clean and the shower in the master bathroom was wonderful! Communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall, a great stay!!

A spacious, attractive and clean space. The host communicates promptly and clearly. Nice kitchen. We were too busy to check out the pool. The only negative was a sagging mattress in the primary bedroom.

The stay was great. It was centrally located to support the goal of the trip to see spring baseball. The parking was very conveniently located. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening that was very quiet overlooking a wonderful courtyard. Communication with the host was great and the welcome book outlined everything and provided local recommendations. Everything we needed was provided including coffee that we enjoyed each morning. The only nit-picky item of note is that it would have been nice to have a washcloth to use while taking a shower. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend.

Our second stay at this property. The host quickly responds to our questions and was extremely helpful. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy all that the Biltmore and Arcadia area have to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured, well stocked and very clean. We will stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

Great place/location

This is a great place to stay. Safe neighborhood, close to many attractions, and the pictures were accurate. Hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Friends had a wedding close to this spot. Overall the location was good and neighbors were very friendly. Place was clean and comfortable.
