The cozy unit includes amenities such as on-site laundry, coffee bar, and lush linens and bath towels.

Great quick spot

My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed here one night and enjoyed the visit. It was a clean, cute apartment on a tri-unit in the historic homes area of San Marco. We had direct access to our cars, as the unit was the largest and on the front of the building. The beds were comfortable, the living room home-y. There was great host-material inside with guidance for the apartment, neighborhood, Wi-Fi, etc. We were 2 blocks from a small park on the st. John's river, and 1 block from a string of great restaurants. We enjoyed a nice walk to all of the above, while there. Well worth it!

Quite, clean and safe 2/1 apartment!

I loved my stay. I have not one single complaint. The location is close to downtown and in a really good neighborhood. Lots of local eats nearby. Host/property owner was great. I’d absolutely stay again.

I’m a real estate agent and love to help people experience how truly great the city is. When I’m not working, I love to take my 2 pups to the beach, check out local happy hours and read a good book.

My husband Zach and I met about 7 years ago and we’ve traveled the world with the help of VRBO. It was only natural to welcome our own guests, too! We love to golf together, check out some live music and travel non-stop.

We are only a message/phone call away for fun recommendations. Zach and I live just a few short minutes from the bungalow, so we are always available to help. Thank you for staying!
