Beautiful ocean view house, steps from the OC Boardwalk at 12th Street, with two entire private floors for your group to enjoy. This unique condo consists of two connected floors (the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house) with 7 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 Baths. Larger groups can also rent our first floor condo, which has 3 Beds and 2 Baths, to accommodate even more family and friends to make great memories!

Sorry, no high school seniors. Non- family group tenants must be 30 years or older

This unit is the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home. Get a great view over the Atlantic ocean from one of the front porches. Amazing views - lots of fun.

You will have full access to the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house.

We are available via phone, email, and Airbnb messaging but will just leave you alone to enjoy your stay, unless you need us!

Located in the heart of downtown OC, just steps from a quiet section of OC`s world famous boardwalk. Walk to the action at local bars, to Thrasher`s to satisfy your French fry cravings, etc.

Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Public Ocean City beach bus with stops along Coastal Highway. Bike rental on the boardwalk.

The condo was set up great for our large family- amazing to have enough bathrooms and hot water for all. So close to all experiences- good for teens and younger ones. Very pleasant experience.

This house was everything we wanted and more. Clean, fully up-kept (no maintenance issues), great layout, location, location, location, and to top it all off a responsive host also LOCATION. You know you found the right spot when all teenagers and young adults had no complaints. Three of them were leaving two days early for a concert and chose the sell tickets so they could stay another two days. As a mom who a one point had young kids the installed stair gates 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

Great location, great property and great management

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location could not be beat, giving us convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. The two floors we used were great for our group, clean and well managed. Any questions we had were responded to very promptly by management of the property. We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible house in the middle of it all

This house was a great venue for an unforgettable bachelor/bachelorette weekend! The process was so simple to get in to the property and everything was perfect. Great restaurants and shops right on the boardwalk, you can’t beat the location!Any large parties should absolutely consider this property. We would come back in a heartbeat

The house was very clean although new shower curtains would be recommended. Our host Matt was excellent. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The kitchen was fully stocked.

Steps from the beach

Great house right next to the boardwalk. Hard to beat the location for going to and from the beach. House was very nice, clean, and spacious. Bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. Would definitely do it again.

12th street Ocean city MD

Property was perfect for our group of 15 family members. Property was clean and we loved that towels and sheets were included and we didn’t have to rent them separately. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking. We would definitely rent from them again.
