Cozy up to the fireplace w/ the projector room or the upstairs living room. 3 separate living spaces on different levels make it convenient for families or friends. Wonderful. Only thing is there was no backyard..lots of bamboo and trees. Location was close and convenient to everything, but the had alot of run down houses in it. I think they are rehabilitating this area. Owner/host was very responsive and professional.

The house is amazingly clean and stocked with everything you need. Lots of towels, coffee/ creamer / spices/ pots pans for large group. Game room and bunk room are downstairs with their own full bath, perfect for our 20 ish year old crowd. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House In An Even Better Location

This home is nice, new, clean, well-equipped, and located in the heart of everything to do in Chattanooga. Our group had a great time watching March Madness on the projector, cooking meals, and using the house as home-base for a long weekend in Chattanooga. The beds were all really comfortable and the home had everything you need for a turnkey stay!

Excellent Experience

The house was very clean and well-equipped for a large family. All of the furnishings, equipment and amenities were in excellent condition. It is a welcoming and thoughtfully appointed vacation home. Travis even purchased an oversized baby gate for the stairs to make sure it was safe for our granddaughter. Our family enjoyed our experience immensely.

This rental, literally, has everything you need

This is 💯 the best stocked VRBOs/rentals I have ever stayed in. We were a group of 6 adult women, but I can see the care that was put into having entertainment and needs specific to children. The house is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Walkable to the North Shore (19 minutes to get to Base Camp). Seriously, one of the best places I have ever stayed. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!!

Family Celebrations

We went to Chattanooga to celebrate Mother's day and a couple of birthdays. Northshore Blue exceeded our expectations. It is as beautiful as the pictures. Cozy and comfortable. We are a family that loves to cook. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with high end cookware and any appliance you could possibly need. Even a fully stocked spice drawer. There were many special touches that I have not experienced in other rentals. We will definately be coming back.

Eleven stars out of ten!

Extended family of 7 people stayed for a week, and we had plenty of elbow room. The property is up-to-the-minute modern, with every convenience, and was super clean and comfortable. It's well thought out, from the combo coffee maker /Keurig machine to the Bluetooth connectivity throughout. The game room was a blast, and the two decks provided comfy hangouts with great views across the green hills of Chattanooga. Travis was super responsive to the few questions I posted during our stay. He even had helpful hints about upcoming weather, including a rare appearance of the Aurora Borealis. We all felt like we could not have found a more perfect property for our needs.

Space. Grace. We Loved This Place!

Every year we come together just to go partially off the grid and grind! This year was Chattanooga and my turn to choose. I couldn’t have imagined the great space that awaited us. The home is beautiful. It was clean. The host thought of everything down to a cabinet of seasonings. Three floors. Basement game room. Great views! We were pleased. The temp was a little chilly so we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor space but we didn’t mind. The host was in contact and available for any needs and updates! It was perfect. We left a note in the guestbook but this deserved great ratings!!!

Great house for families and great location.

This three story house was perfect for our family. The entire house is very well kept up and well stocked with everything needed from kitchen cooking needs, paper goods, linens and games. This house has it all. It is well thought out for everything a guest would need. Our grandsons enjoyed the downstairs playroom and especially the arcade game. The house has a living area with kitchen on the main floor and a half bath for convenience. Upstairs the lovely master bedroom has a big bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a hall bath. All beds are comfortable. The basement is a game room with projection tv, separate bunk bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 decks, one off the main level and one off the basement level. There are a lot of stairs but a lot of privacyFor our family it wasn't practical to walk to the Walnut Street bridge due to the ages of our grandchildren (7 and 4). The street is narrow and curvy before you get to a sidewalk and we didn’t think it was safe, plus the distance was a bit much for them. It was a quick drive to the Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum but I would advise going early to both (left house before 9:30 for 10:00 opening) as neither has much parking. We went early both days to these and when we left, cars were circling waiting on our places. We were able to find parking near the parks on our side of the river even in the afternoons, so it would also be an option to park there and walk across the bridge. We really enjoyed the house!

We had an excellent stay and the house was immaculate. Beautiful property and everything was so clean it felt like a hotel. Entertainment space downstairs was a lot of fun. Really appreciated the time put into making this house perfect for our stay.

The property was spacious and perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean including everything we needed for grilling and cooking. It had a nice patio with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. We enjoyed the game room and the large living room area to spend time together. This property is located close to the downtown area for shopping and dining. We will definitely consider this property again for our next visit.

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place, great amenities, tastefully decorated, comfortable, trouble free process, excellent communication with owner. TV’s throughout house including projection TV in lower floor, with access to all common apps, trouble free wi-fi.

This property is situated in a wonderful spot! Close to Northshore, TN river, Walnut street bridge, local shops and restaurants and downtown Chattanooga! Coolidge park is a wonderful park that is a 15 minute or less walk, Stringers Ridge is close by, along with Whole Foods, Publix, Aquarium, Hunter Museum, TN Riverwalk and much much more! This home is on a quiet street and situated with an amazing view, where you can watch the sunset in amazing ways or watch the clouds drift by over the mountains!

This home has tons of natural light! Coming into a nice level driveway, open floor plan, large island, stainless steel appliances and beautiful views of the mountains. This home has a built in projector and comes with a screen where you can enjoy movies or favorite shows downstairs and play shuffleboard! I have yet to see any home here with a projector screen like this yet... Sitting outside hearing and seeing the birds in the bamboo from the backyard is also very enjoyable. Unique touches of the home were incorporated in the design such as the master bedroom that already had a coastal and airy feel to it! I'm sure you'll enjoy this home as much as I do.
