Wonderful property for large group! Hosts have thought of everything to make it a great place to stay with many amenities! Loved walking to coffee/pastry shop and short uber to downtown area! Would absolutely return in the future!

The house was well appointed and was tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and all of the adults and kids enjoyed the pool, fire pit, ping pong and the arcade games. There was ample parking and it was a great location.

The host was very quick to respond to our questions. The house was clean and stocked with so many extras. It is close to the Incline Railway and Ruby Falls, and a short drive to everything else. We loved the house, but there were a couple of things that you need to be aware of. The loft bedroom is huge and accommodated our son, daughter-in-law, and their toddler and newborn. They brought a toddler bed guard rail which helped out a lot. The loft has a window that is open to the living room that allowed sound and light in. It might be helpful to put a curtain over it to cut down on the light and noise. Also, that bedroom doesn't have its own bathroom, so they had to use the one at the bottom of the stairs. There was plenty of parking behind the house. There was some sort of bush or tree that left a lot of sap on our cars, but it was easily washed off. The pool was wonderful and perfect for our grandkids. There was a cute stroller-tricycle that we took advantage of. I think our kids are going to buy one of their own when they get home!There is a good bit of traffic in front of the house, but the noise was tolerable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

The host was very attentive. The property is delightful- perfect place for a girls trip. I am going to bring a different set of friends in the summer so we can enjoy the backyard more!

Family trip

The house was nice, in a cute neighborhood. Restaurants and Ice cream were within walking distance. It is close to other Chattanooga things to do. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The kids loved the pool.

Excellent! I would definitely stay there again.

The house is so cute and well decorated. The house was very clean and well equipped with most anything you would need in the kitchen. The location is great. You’re very close to grocery store and places to eat.

Excellent House and Great Location

We loved our stay at The Jade! The house was perfect for our group of two families. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy for us to cook breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable and the various hang out spaces worked well for the grown ups and kids. One of our favorite things was taking the walking path to Clumpies for ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Place!

We loved our stay here! Super close to so many activities, stores, and restaurants. We had trouble with the wifi dropping the first night, and the host was very responsive to our messages. The decor was super cute! Lot of things in the home to keep you busy.

Absolutely loved my stay!

The house was just like the photos; beautiful, clean, and so much space for everyone. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Just a quick Uber ride to downtown! I absolutely would love to come back next year !

Excellent House

House was just as lovely in person as the pictures indicated. Super clean and lots of little extras to make the stay very enjoyable. Super stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of games, close to lots of things to do in Chattanooga and easy communication with owners were some of the benefits of this property!

Charming Chattanooga

Property is just as pictured in the listing! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for a big group, good location, big parking lot and very beautifully decorated! We had the best girls weekend in the Jade House and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful getaway home

Can't say enough nice things about our stay here. This home is perfect for a social gathering. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped it was, especially for families with young children - multiple pack and plays, stairwell guards, and a booster seat all came in handy. Proximity to local attractions was also a big plus! Would definitely rent this house again!

Great getaway spot

We were in town for a graduation with extended family. Everyone from the graduate to her siblings to her grandparents enjoyed this home. Every detail has been considered and the owners were great communicators.

Smith Family Vacation

We loved our stay! The owners were super helpful with questions about the area. Plenty of space for all 7 of us! Cute historic district! We loved that we could spend some relaxing time in the hot tub and pool! Nice added touches like pool towels provided, black wash clothes for makeup removal, sound machines in the rooms, built in night lights in the stairs, really more than I can mention.

Weekend Getaway

Myself and 8 other friends had a wonderful time staying in Diana’s home. The house is beautiful with plenty of space. It’s is in a very convenient location with some coffee shops/pizza/other shops close by. There is also a mixed use path nearby where I was able to have a great morning run.

Great stay

This house is situated in a wonderful location in Chattanooga. The house was well appointed, had a nice pool and hot tub, both of which were clean. The upstairs loft was an oasis for the kids and the downstairs master was a retreat for the grandparents. We also enjoyed the front porch with an enclosed front yard. The firepit hosted several nights of s'mores and stories.

Amazing!

We loved our stay! This property is perfect. No detail overlooked. It was perfect for our group. The kids enjoyed the backyard so much. The location is amazing! Diana was so great at responding to any questions quickly! Beautifully decorated. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Wonderful home with lots of entertainment!

This house was great for our weekend trip! A group of close friends were in Chattanooga for a wedding, and we had a blast staying at this home! The house looked just like the pictures, with so much entertainment in the home - hot tub, pool, yard games, ping pong, etc. Diana was great communicating prior to the check-in process and gave us lots of information about things to do. Would highly recommend this home for groups!
