The central heater was broken. The rooms were cold except the one down stairs that had its own heater.The living room was hot because we kept the heater in the room on high.I notifide them as soon as we arived. It didnt get fixed.

We're so sorry that the heating issues impacted your stay. This certainly wasn't the comfortable and welcoming experience we wanted for you! As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we worked to get an HVAC company out at their earliest available appointment. Unfortunately, we weren't able to have the system fully repaired during your visit, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused. We're happy to share that the entire heating system has since been repaired and is working properly. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're sorry we weren't able to provide the experience you deserved during your time with us.

Great Stay

The location was nicely located and very helpful to all that they did to help with all of our questions, We would stay again...very nice kitchen and living area to it an visit in.

Great House

The house had everything you could want, including two master suites. The view and the outdoor areas were a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful piece of property! The house was clean, well appointed, lots of space, and the view was gorgeous! Property management was great with communication letting us know when we could check in (in case we were early), if we needed anything during our stay, and a thank you for staying upon check out. We had seven adults on this trip and everyone had space to retreat if they needed some down time. Every person in our family said they would love to stay here again.

Great location and great house to stay in at Hayden Lake!

What a wonderful place to stay with a family! We had such a great time staying here. There are peek a boo views of Hayden Lake from the deck. The house is very clean and updated with modern decor. NW hosting is absolutely wonderful to work with as they are prompt in communicating with during our stay if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next vacation!

View was better than expected. Needs better chairs for the bedroom deck as the view was awesome. Everything was as advertised. Communication was great. Right by Triple Play. Perfectly situated between Silverwood, Couer D'alene and Spokane with a cool local beach. We had a great week.

There for our son's wedding

Was clean, comfortable and close enough to the wedding venue. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the lake as it was still quite cool and rained on most of the days we were there. Unavoidable!!!

Private Retreat Setting

The house is very comfortable and so nice to have private bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. However, stairs can be overwhelming for seniors getting groceries and luggage inside. I thought no tv in living room was nice to encourage conversation.
