When you book here you will be reserving three (3) suites, that can accommodate a total of eleven (11) guests, combined. All of the suites are walk-out units with large patios. The building itself offers an expansive rooftop patio with views of downtown, Kensington & the mountains. You’ll also find shared BBQ’s, a fire table, plenty of seating and a dog park!

The property is located in heart of Kensington, one of Calgary’s best neighbourhoods. Whether meeting a friend for coffee, grabbing a meal at one of the Kensington’s over 28 restaurants, shopping for the latest style trends or checking off your to-do list with ease, everything you need is within steps of your front door.
Organic market, Safeway, spin classes, Orange Theory, a container park, cat cafe, wine stores, boutique shops, cupcake shop, cheese store, Ethiopian restaurant, container bar, spas, raw vegan restaurant, we have it all!
Restaurant Recommendations:
▪️Hayden Block: Texas Style Brisket & Ribs + Whiskey Cocktails
▪️Eat Crow: Snack Bar (try the Crow Burger). The cocktails are amazing here
▪️Vendome: Coffees, Brunch & more
▪️Pulcinella: Italian 😍 The chef only uses the highest quality ingredients. They serve (among other things) traditional Italian pizza, meant to be eaten with a knife & fork. Pair that with a bottle of red and enjoy your evening!
▪️Higher Ground: Coffee, tea & sweets. Great place to meet friends or do some work in an alternate location
▪️Ikemen: Ramen Bar w/ fun cocktails
▪️Raw Eatery & Market: Raw vegan meals

▪️Walk-out patio with furniture
▪️Washer & Dryer
You will also have access to a shared rooftop patio with a fire table, lots of seating, shared BBQ’s, views, & a dog park.
Walk everywhere! There are so many waking, biking and running trails just steps from the property.
Looking for a fun way to explore the city in the summer? Hop on a scooter!
The property is located steps from the Sunnyside LRT (light rail train) Station. This is one stop from downtown and only minutes to the Calgary Stampede station.
These are separate suites. We have three (3) suites available in the same tower. All suites are on the main level and are walk out with their own patios - two (2) that are oversized and gated. The building offers a rooftop patio which is shared with all building residents.
When booked for a bigger group we ask that you refrain from having too many people in one suite so that we can ensure the volume is at a reasonable level. We prioritize our neighbours and the communities we are in and don’t want to jeopardize those relationships.
All pets must be pre-approved prior to booking.
For any family friendly amenities such as a pack & play, crib, or high chair, please request at the time of booking so that we can reserve the items for your stay.
PARKING: We have three (3) free street level parking stalls provided which is located on the same block at a neighbouring building. Instructions provided in the check-in process.
All suites are ground level with two having access via the back of the building (alley).
