Close to shopping, great dining, Oaklawn racetrack and casino. Hot Springs National Park, Historic bath house row. Marinas, and water activities are nearby. A perfect place to watch fireworks on holiday weekends.
New primary bedroom furniture with king size bed and smart 4K tv. Second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. New furniture in living room including a sleeper sofa, with smart 4K tv with DirectTV Stream for network and sports channels.
Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring Keurig coffee maker, as well as a traditional coffee maker, and blender. Keurig pods, ground coffee, sweetener, and creamer are included to start your day, While taking in the morning lake views on your balcony. Equipped with washer and dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods provided.
For your comfort we supply large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper and bath linens.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. In addition, the location was close enough to downtown, and a stone’s throw from an awesome seafood restaurant, The Fisherman’s Wharf.

Labor Day weekend get away

My husband and I took our adult children to stay for the weekend. This condo was beautiful, had a wonderful view of the lake and had everything we needed! I will definitely keep this one bookmarked for my next trip to Hot Springs!

Great views of Lake Hamilton!

Communication was great - very responsive - the condo came with everything needed and is very clean. Instructions for everything needed are posted on the fridge. We will definitely be back!

Sisters getaway

Enjoyed everything about this condo. The view was awesome and it was conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The kitchen had coffee provided which was a nice gesture. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Absolutely wonderful condo

Super clean, spacious and amazing view of the Lake Hamilton. This place is the best! The owner/property manager was very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely be back again!

Great location

This property was nice and clean when we arrived and very cute! We had a small issue but contacted the property manager and she was attentive to our needs. Would recommend, we were no more than 15 minutes from all the “attractions “ that we wanted to see.

Amazing Stay with Amazing Views

We had an amazing trip at this condo. The views are amazing, the communication with the owner was excellent, the condo was amazing (best sleep I have had in a long time). I highly recommend this condo! You will NOT be disappointed!

This property has an amazing view and one can tell the owners are very thoughtful. It was definitely the size and the place we were looking for. The master shower is great!

Really can't beat the view!!

Property was exactly as described. The host was one of the most attentive hosts I have come across on VRBO. The condo has everything you need for your stay. We went in March and the weather was cool so we didn't get to take advantage of the lake, but the view was amazing and so peaceful!

Beautiful view

This condo is great! We’ve stayed at several condos in the Hot Springs area and this is our favorite. It has a great view in a location that’s easy to get to everything we enjoy. The condo was clean and looks exactly like it did online. The host was excellent. Communication was great. We will stay here again when we are in the area.
