New primary bedroom furniture with king size bed and smart 4K tv. Second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. New furniture in living room including a sleeper sofa, with smart 4K tv with DirectTV Stream for network and sports channels.
Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring Keurig coffee maker, as well as a traditional coffee maker, and blender. The property was beautiful. Check in was very smooth and easy. The sheets seemed dirty, and there was hair in the drain of the shower from the previous person that showered. Also, there was only one trash bag. And they want you to put the trash in the dumpster before you leave. This was the worst part because you had to drive all the way out the gate with the dirty trash in your car to put it in the dumpster.

This is a great location and spectacular views. Very clean, nice decor and close to everything. The owner is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. Very responsive. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. In addition, the location was close enough to downtown, and a stone’s throw from an awesome seafood restaurant, The Fisherman’s Wharf.

Great property, very convenient and clean. The patio has a perfect view of the large channel of Lake Hamilton. Fun to sit and watch the boating activities while relaxing. The location is close to downtown, the racetrack, many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I definitely will stay here again.

July 4 Trip

Great View of the Lake and Front Row for the July 4th Fireworks. Beds were comfy and just the right size for small family. Not too far from downtown Hot Springs and Garvan Gardens.
