This quiet townhouse is located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen super comfy mattress as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 55" TV. The second bedroom offers another super comfortable queen size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.
The garage may be available in the summer for an extra fee, please inquire before booking. Normally available in the winter no charge.

Very comfortable stay

Property was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Check in was incredibly easy. Neighborhood was quiet, and the location was convenient to places we wanted to be.

Cute accommodations

The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The location was convenient for us with easy access to all our shopping stops. The only thing that I missed having was an ice cube tray or two…I like my water cold. I am sorry we couldn’t tidy up better as the power went out at 5 am on our departure morning. Thanks for a a very positive experience.

Very comfortable

Stayed 2 nights before flight. They were able to accommodate our late departure. Very home like atmosphere. Close to everything we wants to do ( we did have a car). Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Clean and comfortable

Stayed at this home for two nights, prior to starting our Alaskan cruise. The home is clean, the beds were comfortable. It is also conveniently located close to the airport. We would stay here again, if travel plans brings us back to Anchorage.

Cleaning

Stay and property were excellent. There was minor issue with hair left in tub. When extra towels were retrieved from the storage stand in the hall, they were damp inside and had to be run through the drier before using. Otherwise the stay was great!!

Better than expected

We were so suprised at how clean and beautiful it was. We really only made cofee but there's every thing you need and towels were enough for the 3 night stay for 3. The washing machine was so easy to use. There a blow dryer and iron if needed too. House was stocked very well . Its also in a great neighborhood. Super cute. Thank you to the hosts. P.s I found my beats.

Great location

This unit was in a convenient location and a nice neighborhood. The home is comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Wifi worked great also. Communication with the property manager was great. We would stay here again.

Noticed or couldnt figure out how to recline the chair in living area, and during these very cold days we could see light under the front door. Sitting on the couch u could really feel it! Not complaining, my daughter says these are helpful for owners, shrug so i threw it in!
