Due to travel delays my son was the only one to stay at this property but he said it was the best property he had ever stayed in.

This was an incredibly relaxing and comfortable stay. The hot tub was such a wonderful addition to our trip. Joey was an amazing host, and we will definitely be staying here again when we return to Alaska! The home was comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great stay, Joey!

Highly recommend. Cute house! It is about 10-15 minutes to the airport and train station. Grocery store is close by as well. Owner was great to work with, great communication and no issues. Very clean and would stay there again!

Joey was a great host! He reached out beforehand to ask for our desired hot tub temperature and had it ready to go upon our arrival. The house is very spacious and fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, soap, and plenty of towels for both the shower and the hot tub. Having access to the garage was a nice perk, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Clean, spacious 3-bd, 2-ba in quiet, safe, convenient neighborhood. Execellent communication with Joey! Loved the large garage! Comfy beds and lots of blankies. Fairly well-equipped kitchen (but no vegetable peeler, no knife set). Clear, explicit instructions on hot tub use (which we didn’t take advantage of). Also, great wi-fi, Lots of streaming channels for a rainy day. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It is in a convenient location and generally seemed like a safe area. The home was clean, plenty of amenities, and the hot tub worked. We stayed for 3 nights. Beds were pretty comfortable, King size in the master was a bonus.

The property is a spacious three bedroom! It was perfect for our last few days in Anchorage before a long travel home. We especially loved the hottub! Our toddler loved the space in the open living area as well. The host is an excellent communicator and provides all the essentials. The place is also in an excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Our host, Joey was very accommodating and attentive when needed. The house was very comfortable for 6 people and the hot tub was wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet the beds were comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious living space and very clean. Would have liked info regarding recycling and better instructions on the hot tubs jets but homeowner responded timely to our questions regarding that issue. Very reasonable price for the area. Would definitely recommend.
