Welcome to your perfect Florida escape! This luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath penthouse suite offers over-the-top comfort, space, and style—ideal for families, friend groups, or extended stays. Perched on the top floor with elevator access, this expansive retreat features a full-size kitchen with ample counter space and a cozy sitting area, perfect for cooking and connecting.

Gather around the oversized dining table and enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding golf course and tranquil waters—an unforgettable setting for meals and memories. The open-concept living room invites relaxation with a 55” flat-screen TV and gas fireplace for cool evenings. Step outside to the screened-in, wraparound porch and soak in the serene Florida breeze.

The suite offers tile flooring throughout, a dedicated office with 2 desks for remote work, and a large laundry room equipped with a full-size washer, dryer, and counter for folding. Each bedroom is generously sized with its own bathroom, and the luxurious primary suite features a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub for a spa-like experience.

Traveling with kids? Baby essentials—crib, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib—are available at no charge with 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). Beach chairs also subject to availability. $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.

Whether you're here to relax, entertain, or work remotely, this penthouse delivers space, views, and thoughtful amenities to elevate your Florida getaway. Also, The Residences is conveniently located across the street from the Westminster St. Augustine Retirement Center.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The suite was amazing. The international golf reality team was also fantastic. We had to extend our stay by a day due to weather and flight cancellations and Marilyn and the team were extremely responsive and helpful! Thanks again. We would definitely stay here again!

In need of repair and renovation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place because we were between homes. Since this was the only available unit, we booked it. This condo was dirty upon arrival. There were blood splatter stains on a door and adjacent wall of one of the bedrooms. Also, there was trash in one corner of the kitchen, including used a used bandage and hospital bracelet. There were cobwebs on the window treatments with a moth in one that had apparently been there a while. The porches were filthy.The interior is way overdue for upgrade. The carpets are old and have numerous stains that look like pet stains. The front door frame has wood rot and visibly shakes when using the door. The jamb is mushy from rot. This was brought up to the realty company and it was inspected. The repairman said he would do a temporary repair, but that was not accomplished during the month we were there. There are water stains on one of the shower ceilings which show some evidence of mold. Several cabinet doors and a drawer in the kitchen are damaged (missing hardware, loose hinges, etc.)We stayed at The Residences in 2014 (different building) and rebooked because we originally had a good experience there. However, this unit needs much to be done before I'd recommend it.

We enjoy spending time with friends and family in this beautiful and historic area, St Augustine, Florida. We love sharing our favorite places and learning about new places to explore! When we travel, we seek out private getaways where we can be alone and spend time together, hanging out, playing golf, boating, exploring new restaurants, and walking on the beach whenever possible!
