Easy access to shopping and to Saint Augustine for sight seeing and the beach is about 20 minutes away. Great for family vacations. This a two story home with another home available across the street for groups that cannot fit into one home. Grill is available for barbeque.

If you are legitimately coming to Jacksonville to enjoy a vacation we would love to have you. But if you are trying to book the home in order to have Club night then that is not allowed. We do monitor the premises with security and we will ask people to leave immediately and you will lose all the money that you paid for the booking. We are not going to tolerate parties.

No more than 4 vehicles parked at or near the home. If there more than five vehicles we will ask that guest to leave and the community may tow the vehicle.

No outside guests after 9:30 pm. If we notice that there are guests that are not part of the group we will ask them to leave.
