The room is exactly as pictured. Im sorry you felt it didn't meet your needs.

Upon the guest's arrival he complained about the squeaky bed. I offered to relocate him to a different condo with a brand new king size foam mattress and box spring. He chose not to move. The other unit also had a window overlooking a conservation area. (very private). The one he stayed in has a French door leading out to the balcony which most studios do not even have. The view is as pictured in the listing that shows an adjacent unit's balcony rail.. I explained to him how to lift the door lever in order for the pins to secure the door and lock it. My present tenant had no problem with the concept. The door locks fine. The unit is as pictured with the only natural light coming from the French door panes. It also has a unique coffee table that lifts up for dining or computer work. This is a small studio with no room for a formal dining table and chairs. Again as pictured. The pool was being resurfaced in January which is pretty cold. There was another heated pool up the street he could have used if he wanted to swim in the cold weather. The fitness center is open that is adjacent to that pool. The gym on site is privately owned and not a community amenity. This condo has new porcelain tile floors upgraded from the carpet in the picture and all new furnishings compared to most of the units in the complex that have the original furnishings that came with the condos when purchased from the developer.
