Girls Christmas Shopping

Great place to stay for a quick vacay. Very clean and spacious for our group. Location convenient to all attractions. Communication was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Awesome stay in beautiful location!!

We had a fantastic time!! The condo was better than described. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean!! Beds were super comfy!! The location is convenient to everything!! And location is level with no issues for walking! We will definitely come back!! Hostess is so friendly and helpful!!

Great relaxing condo

The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. The balcony with the furniture is very relaxing. We had plenty of room with all 6 of us. The owner was extremely prompt with any questions.

Perfect location

We loved this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo! Perfect location... close enough to the shops, but secluded enough to enjoy the wildlife and river. We loved the balcony overlooking the river!

Great location for those at Pigeon Forge for the shows. Nice sized place with comfy beds in all 3 bedrooms. Dinner table can fit 7 due to one side having a bench.

Beautifully decorated and fully equipped condo!!

We enjoyed an amazing partial week during the Christmas season. Everything was above my expectations and the Christmas decorations were amazing. I enjoyed a relaxing morning with a cup of hot chocolate sitting on the deck overlooking the river. So peaceful and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable after a day of Dollywood or shopping around town. It is equipped with any and everything someone could want or need during their stay. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Everything was as described online. Would have liked to have a hair dryer. Other than that, we had all we needed. Decorated with very pretty Christmas decorations. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfection

The condo was extremely clean and spacious with everything you could need. We stayed here with our two teenage boys and my parents, there was ample room for everyone. The balcony space overlooking the river was perfection! The condo complex is extremely close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Will definitely be booking here again!

Perfect place for our family

Finally we have found a place in PF that is a great fit for our family—six adults, no kids. Clean, comfortable, great living area and convenient to Dollywood and everything on the Parkway, which was what we did this trip. Clean throughout, well appointed kitchen. Great table for family game evenings. Lovely view of the river with ducks, geese, and herons for entertainment.

Great location

Very clean, nicely decorated. Great location, very central to everything. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. Very peaceful to listen to the river at night. I liked that there were 3 full bathrooms, makes getting ready so much easier with a group. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

Oasis Amidst the Chaos

Very spacious condo located on the first (not ground) floor, with a big balcony overlooking the river. The sound of the river and peaceful view are a wonderful getaway from the noise and never-ending traffic on Parkway just a few blocks away. The condo is well-equipped and comfortable.

Young Adult conference getaway

Very nice, clean condo with awesome views of the river. Made for a peaceful, relaxing evening after a busy day. The condo had ample room. We had 6 adults (2 older and 4 young adults). We had a set of brothers and a set of sisters so the bedroom configuration worked very well. The bathroom for each bedroom was a real blessing and could not have been better. There are a few spider webs on the porch that formed every night but you can’t really help that. Very small and just removed with a swipe of the hand, they just catch you off guard if not expecting it first thing in the morning. 😂We never were bothered by sound from the neighbors, seems to be very well insulated as far as sound. The beds were comfy, very thick foam mattresses…if you like a firmer bed, if not, I recommend throwing a plush comforter down on the mattress and it works great! The owner always replied quickly to any questions we had and check in was very simple.All in all, we will be repeat customers! Highly recommended!

First PF vacay

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured and very clean. My kids loved the pool and hot tub and often had it to themselves. It was our first visit to the area!
